As a Private Wealth Financial Advisor and Managing Director-Investments with over 30 years of experience, my mission is to help my clients and their families by providing comprehensive investment advice, liability management, risk control, and efficient wealth transfer strategies to help them reach their financial goals.
My team and I provide a collaborative team approach always putting you first. We provide thoughtful, well-constructed wealth planning strategies with exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 1996, I built my experience at Paine Webber and E.F. Hutton. I have also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional designation which includes demonstrating skill in analyzing and developing personal long-term financial strategies, risk management, and retirement income planning.

I create customized portfolios based on each individual client’s needs and objectives. Away from the office
My family and I have resided in Tucson for over 40 years. I am a member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planners Council and a past secretary of the Tucson Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.

For over 37 years, I have focused my energy in numerous roles helping high-net-worth families work to achieve their life goals. My team and I accomplish this first by getting to know you on a deep and personal level. Background
I joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008, and managed offices in Tucson and Chandler, AZ as well as Newport Beach, CA. In 2018, I transitioned to my lifelong passion of directly helping families achieve their dreams.

I'm a passionate learner and received my Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. I maintain the FINRA General Securities Representative Series 7 and Uniform Securities Agent – State Law 63 registrations and also hold insurance licenses in numerous states for life, accident, variable contracts and long-term care.

Away from the office
Active in the community, I serve on the Southern Arizona YMCA Board addressing issues for the children and the homeless in southern AZ. I am also committed to working with high school students to help them learn practical STEM applications and other life skills through a local non-profit robotics team, The Bit Buckets.
I currently live in Tucson, AZ with my wife, Laurel, and daughters Zoey and Kate.

I provide targeted, comprehensive financial advice, investment analysis and access to portfolio management services delivered with the highest level of personal service and professional advice.

My approach includes using strategic asset allocation combined with hands on research and careful due diligence to continually adjust and manage our team's investment portfolios. Before recommending an investment strategy, I consider your total financial picture including financial goals, risk tolerance, family circumstances, tax implications and goals for growth. As we work together, I will measure your strategy's progress and communicate with you to help you stay on track. 

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner, I create customized investment plans and coordinate your journey towards specific goals and objectives. I also hold the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorTM designation which is a specialized designation for advisors working with high-net-worth clients.

Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, I gained experience working for Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Client Associate. In this role, I helped clients set up retirement programs and adjusted investment plans to better suit their changing goals. I also provided assistance with account administration requests.

Prior to Wells Fargo Advisors, I served for six years in the U.S. Army, with one deployment to Iraq as a Blackhawk Helicopter Crew Chief.

I have called Tucson home for over 40 years. I keep busy with photography, golf and spending time with my wife and two children. My family and I enjoy the outdoors and frequently go camping on weekends.
