As a CFP® professional, Gary works to develop strategies tailored to individual client needs using a variety of investment alternatives. He helps clients identify financial priorities in light of current conditions and makes adjustments as markets and client life circumstances change.
With his current team, Gary is positioned to address the financial needs well beyond investing alone. He can provide access to Wells Fargo affiliate products and services such as Wealth Planning, Private Banking, Trust and Fiduciary Services, and Insurance as well as various customized and more traditional lending products. Gary also coordinates with a clients’ legal advisors to synchronize estate planning and investment strategies.
He began his career in 1998 with Smith Barney where he provided corporate financial services to executives at companies within Silicon Valley. In 2008 he moved his practice to UBS Private Wealth Management, before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016.
Gary is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, with a degree in Economics and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Marisa, and balances enjoyment of the city with frequent trips to the nearby mountains to enjoy biking, skiing and hiking.

Rob M. Sullivan is a Managing Director – Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors and is named as one of the 2022 Forbes Next Gen Best-In-State Wealth Advisors.
Mr. Sullivan has extensive investment advisory experience, helping individuals and families achieve their unique financial goals. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016, Mr. Sullivan spent nearly five years as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Previously, he worked for a compensation consulting firm, Radford, valuing and recommending annual equity awards.
Services include asset management, investment planning, retirement planning, self-directed accounts and providing clients with access to lending and banking services through Wells Fargo affiliates. He has over $345,000,000 of investments under management (as of 6/26/2024).
He graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics, and was a member of a ranked NCAA football team and national champion rugby team. Many years later he now contents himself with being in the back row (and middle row, when he feels ambitious) of spin class.
