How We Guide Our Clients

In  order to deliver on our commitment to these principles, we adhere to a process.

First, we use a professionally prepared document called the Personal Financial Organizer, or PFO, to track your progress and provide continuity from one year to the next. This working document is kept current and is modified as your financial situation evolves.

The PFO, will clearly define our relationship and understanding of your situation, and all recommendations.

The PFO documents outline our process, what we’ve discussed in the past, what we’re working on, and the possible challenges we may face in the future. It is comprehensive and is designed to reflect what is relevant to you and your family.

Your PFO will guide us to the future you desire. It outlines your goals and objectives. We focus on who’s important to you; your family and professionals that you work with - your CPA, your attorney, and other advisors.

Qualified Supervisors must ensure that the PFO template used for this process has all necessary review & approvals.
We often use the PFO to facilitate communication with these individuals to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of your priorities.

In subsequent meetings we will use the PFO, as our agenda to help ensure we are doing everything possible to achieve your goals.

In conjunction with the PFO, we believe our clients should have a plan. Along with an understanding of what is important to you. All pertinent information about your current financial circumstances is reviewed to help build an optimal plan for your desired outcome. A detailed plan is completed using comprehensive software that evaluates all possible scenarios and helps ensure we are on the right track.

We recognize that life is fluid and circumstances change. We talk and meet with you on a regular basis to discuss life’s changes and to help ensure that your plans stay on track.

IMPORTANT: The projections or other information generated by the Envision and eMoney tools regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results.
