Always place the client’s interests first and foremost. Remember that “it’s not about me,” and always act on behalf of our clients and not ourselves. Always think through the lens of clients and their goals and worldview rather than our own needs, perspectives or worries. Integrity demands honesty and candor, which must not be subordinated to personal gain and advantage.
Transparency
Always be fully transparent in everything that we do and in any recommendation that we give. Remain objective in our advice and recommendations.
Listening
We cannot overemphasize enough the importance of listening. In order to create a comprehensive investment plan that encompasses a strategy to address, pursue and help meet your goals and objectives, we have to gain a deeper understanding of what’s important to you and that all begins by listening.
Confidentiality
Protect the confidentiality of all client information. Ensure information is accessible only to those authorized to have access. A relationship of trust and confidence with our clients can only be built upon the understanding that their information will remain confidential.
Fairness
Be fair and reasonable in all professional relationships. Disclose conflicts of interest.
Competence
Mainain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services competently.
