Stephanie works in an investment advisory relationship, and, as a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, manages private investment portfolios with discretionary control. As a woman business owner, mother, and spouse, her personal experiences inform her understanding of the challenge for executives and self-employed individuals alike – those who juggle the responsibilities of work and family, and still have time to manage their investments. Stephanie and her team strive to eliminate that challenge by using a holistic approach to wealth management which curates and simplifies complex investment opportunities and helps provide clients clarity, confidence, and a clear path to the future.
Prior to establishing Ackler Wealth Management in 2001, Stephanie worked at Tucker Anthony, LLC for 17 years. Among her many honors, she has been recognized by Wells Fargo Advisors as a Premier Advisor every year since 2002. The Premier Advisor designation is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.
The PIM program is not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts and is not appropriate for all investors. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services. The minimum account size for this program is $50,000.
Stephanie is deeply committed to organizations whose missions focus on empowering women and girls. As an active member of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) of New York for more than 20 years, she’s held leadership positions on the Board of Directors, as past Chair of the Audit Committee, and she was past Chair of the organization’s Investment Policy Committee. Through the FWA, Stephanie co-chaired the Daughters 2000 Committee, which focused on developing financial literacy for girls ages 8 to 18.
Since 1998, Stephanie has been a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), a non-profit membership organization for women presidents and CEOs of privately held, multimillion-dollar companies. In 2013, she was selected to the WPO’s Investment Committee.
Stephanie is also a member of the Franklin and Marshall College Alumni Leadership Council, and she is a past member of the Investment Committee for the Northfield Mount Herman School.
Stephanie looks beyond the island of Manhattan, traveling abroad for inspiration, ideas, and to better understand world markets. In 2013, she was accepted to the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Leadership Board, where she serves as a key supporter and ambassador to the Women and Public Policy Program. The Kennedy School research center is a global leader in gender research, teaching, training, and outreach.
Stephanie has traveled to many countries as a delegate to International Business Conferences for the FWA, meeting with business executives, investment bankers, economists, and government officials. In recent years, her travel itinerary included visits to Berlin, London, France, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Vietnam, Cambodia, Russia, the Ukraine, India, Japan, and Israel. These trips and conversations enable Stephanie to stay up to date on information and trends that impact world markets.
Stephanie graduated from the Northfield Mount Herman School and Franklin and Marshall College with a BA in Chemistry. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations, as well as applicable insurance licenses.
Stephanie lives in Manhattan with her husband, Peter, their two sons, Sam and Will, and their Labradoodle, Abbey. She finds the beautiful lakes and oceans of Rhode Island the perfect place when looking to recharge, enjoying biking, kayaking, and all things outdoors. Mastering her cello is a never-ending passion that, in the spring of 2016, brought her to the stage of Carnegie Hall.
