Alicia Anderson

Alicia has been in the financial services industry for more than thirty years. She currently oversees the firm’s Merrillville, Indiana office as Branch Manager.

She is fully committed and experienced in helping investment advisory practices, teams and individual Financial Advisors with growth and overall risk mitigation.

Alicia has enjoyed many faucets of the Financial Industry. Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, she was a Client Relationship Manager at Merrill Lynch, prior to that she spent four years as Risk Manager for Comerica Bank’s Lending and Trade Services. Her previous experience also includes ten years with Citi Group Global Markets in various roles such as Branch Administrator, Operations Manager and Regional Control Manager of their Mid-West Division. As Vice President-Region Control Administrator Alicia had oversight of eighteen branches, one satellite office and three bank investment centers. She lived in Chicago for five years, commuting on weekends back to Michigan.

Originally from California, Alicia moved to Michigan with her husband and son in 1996, when she accepted a position as Branch Administrator in Farmington Hills. Prior to her managerial trek and move to Michigan, she began her career as a Sales Assistant.

Alicia currently holds the Series 7, 63, 65, 9,10 securities registrations and Insurance licenses. She is a graduate of California State University, Dominquez Hills, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis on critical thinking and writing.

On a personal note, Alicia’s favorite pastimes include spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. She also has a list of hobbies which include oil painting, writing and reading. Support for the communities she serves is important to her, and recently she has been involved in career workshops for displaced workers through Oakland Community College.
