With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Sabour has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized planning services his clients deserve.

Sabour began his career as a Financial Advisor with Cal Fed Bank in Burbank, CA, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He joined Wells Fargo Investments, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2004 to take a team approach in providing personalized financial advice for individuals and families. 

Sabour enjoys exploring new places and meeting new people. He loves to travel and has been to many European countries.  As a longtime supporter of human well-being and natural healing, he earned a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine.  Sabour then earned his second Master’s degree in Financial Planning at Cal Lutheran University. Sabour is most proud of his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Sabour spends his free time with his family. They enjoy their time together, and like to stay active both physically and mentally, whether playing basketball with his two sons, or going to famous tourist attractions. Sabour especially enjoys swimming, hiking, and barbequing, including some very special barbeque recipes.

Elyas is passionate about engaging with clients and seeking to understand what their financial goals and priorities are today and for the future. Developing long-term relationships that are built on trust and understanding is rooted in his focus and serves as the basis for his objectives. Elyas specializes in helping business owners develop a strategic and comprehensive investment plan prior to transitioning their business, providing an integrated framework around tax-efficient estate planning strategies, wealth transfer strategies, and post-liquidity investment management.

Elyas began his career in the financial services industry when he joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment banking group in San Francisco. He focused on leveraged buyouts and corporate finance for private equity clients across a variety of industries including business services, healthcare, consumer, retail, and technology. He then joined Brentwood Associates, a private equity firm in Los Angeles, focusing on investments in the consumer, healthcare, restaurant, and retail space. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Elyas executed mergers and acquisitions and practice partnerships at Radiology Partners, the largest radiology practice in the U.S.

A proud Bear, Elyas graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the Haas School of Business.

Outside of the office, Elyas loves spending time with family and friends. Elyas is very active and loves going to the gym, playing tennis, boxing, and practicing Muay Thai. Elyas is an avid reader and enjoys reading and learning about history, philosophy, and theology.
