Andre Mirkine is a Vice President - Investments and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® professional at Wells Fargo Advisors. His broad range of experience in the domestic and international markets provides the background for his focus on designing custom long-term financial strategies. He concentrates on the circumstances, goals and risk tolerances of his client in making the appropriate investment recommendations. Mr. Mirkine's over 4-decade career in the financial markets began in 1980, after graduation, working for major investment banks - JP. Morgan, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Chemical Bank - in the U.S. Government bond markets. As a Wells Fargo Advisors financial advisor his clients include individuals, professional athletes, businesses, family trusts, endowments and foundations working closely with their CPAs, attorneys and trusted advisors. He earned his Certificate in Financial Planning from New York University in 1996 and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® certification in March 1997. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and a founding member of the Sports Financial Advisors Association. Mr. Mirkine graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Mass., with a degree in International Development. Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Mirkine currently resides in Westport, Conn., with his wife Ilene.
