For nearly 30 years, Richard Romano has served in the financial services industry with a genuine excitement for tracking the markets and a passion for assisting clients in achieving their objectives. Rich focuses on simplifying wealth management and helping clients pursue their legacy goals. He feels lucky to do his work surrounded by dedicated, fun, and engaged team members. 

Committed to continuing to learn about his field, Rich earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist℠ (CRPS^®) designation through the College for Financial Planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. 

Rich is proud to have been named as one of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network’s Premier Advisors* for 6 years running (2017-2022). The Premier Advisor distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.

Rich is married to his amazing wife, Bridget, and they have two very cool adult children: Simon, who lives and plays in the Rocky Mountains, and Izzy, who currently lives in Seattle.

Brian Collard brings over 15 years of experience in the industry with investment planning and investment management. Brian helps manage assets for individuals, retirement plans, and businesses. Drawing from a long-term investment approach, he helps clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals. 

Brian’s favorite aspect of his work is providing objective and timely financial advice and guidance and seeing it play out over many years of relationships with clients. 

A proud proponent of continuing education, Brian has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP^®) designation and the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist℠ (CRPS^®) designation through the College for Financial Planning. 

Away from the office, Brian enjoys skiing, fishing, and sailing.

Throughout her 15 years of financial services experience, Amanda Arcilesi Simmons has proudly grown her role and skill set. In 2008, Amanda joined the team as a sales associate and now serves as a Partner and Financial Advisor, building thorough plans and risk-appropriate portfolios.

Amanda enjoys helping her clients stay educated through every stage of their wealth journey – accumulation, protection, and transfer of wealth. She values the relationships that she creates with her clients, and she cares deeply about them and their families. Service is key to her business – she listens to each client so that she can help them achieve their goals, rather than trying to implement a one-size-fits-all solution. 

With dedication to continuing education, Amanda earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP^®) designation in 2018. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art history and electronic journalism from the University of Utah. 

Amanda has been married to her husband, Nate, for nearly 15 years – they have two amazing kids, Sebastian and Cecilia (the true loves of her life). In her personal time, Amanda loves to organize birthday parties (especially for her kids), plan her family’s Halloween costumes, and craft her annual witty family holiday card. She finds joy in working out with her husband and attending Broadway shows as often as she can. She is also an active member of the Junior League, an educational women’s volunteer organization.

Savannah Miller works closely with her teammate, Kelsey Haycock, Operations Manager, in client operations, as well as assisting the team’s advisors in preparing for client meetings. 

Savannah is the first point of contact when client needs or issues arise. She is energized by learning from her colleagues and growing her careeer in the practice. Savannah enjoys interacting with clients on a daily basis and working with them on their operational needs through their wealth management journey.

Born in Portland, OR, Savannah grew up in Salt Lake City, UT, and enjoys living close to her parents, sister, and extended family. She is currently working to complete her B.S. in Business with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Utah. 

In her free time, Savannah enjoys boxing with her sister at a local gym, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.

With over four years of experience with ARC Wealth Management, Kelsey personally knows each of our clients and is devoted to assisting them in their financial endeavors. Kelsey’s diverse skillset allows her to serve clients thoroughly and passionately as well as manage our office operations. Kelsey work to recognize the often-overwhelming feeling clients face when dealing with their finances and feels rewarded in working to make their experiences simpler.

Kelsey earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, ID, where she competed for the women’s golf team during all four years of her attendance. She has also passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 regulatory exams.

Originally from Ogden, UT, Kelsey now lives in Salt Lake City, UT, with her dog, Chip. Away from the office, she enjoys golfing, spending time with friends, and visiting her mom in Ogden.

Brayden Taft joined ARC in April 2022 as a Client Service Associate. He works directly with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient experience while providing a full range of wealth management services. Prior to joining our team, Brayden began his career at Merrill Lynch where he worked with high-net-worth individuals since 2014. During his time at Merrill Lynch, Brayden received the Top 100 service quality award for excellent client service.

Brayden graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Brayden was born in Santa Barbara, California, but grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He currently resides in Midvale, Utah with his dog, Ziggy. Brayden likes to spend his free time outdoors, camping and hiking. You can find him in the summers at Bear Lake where he enjoys sailing with family and friends. Brayden holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
