Bill Bayliss has achieved a distinguished 38 year career in financial services by putting his clients’ interests first and working to provide exceptional personal service. Bill has been recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Advisor from 2006 - present.
The Premier Advisor distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.
Born and raised in Winchester, Bill is the oldest of four boys, three of whom attended the University of Virginia. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University and completed the Pension Funds and Money Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Bill holds the Series 7, 63, 65, and 25 registrations and the CRPC designation.
A lifelong resident of Winchester, VA, Bill has been blessed by this community and area, and gives back through service on many boards and commissions. He is currently serving as a trustee on the Handley Board of Trustees, on the endowment committees of the Sinclair Health Clinic and the William and Henry Evans Home for Children. In the past he has been President of the Winchester Rotary Club as well as past Chairman of the Lord Fairfax Community College Board, the Winchester Planning Commission, the Winchester Economic Development Authority and the Winchester Parking Authority.
