What Guides Me
What guides me day-to-day isn’t complicated—it comes from my family and how I choose to spend my time outside of work.

I’m a husband and a father, and most of my time outside of work is spent with my wife and my kid—whether that’s in the Colorado mountains, on a camping trip, or trying new restaurants together. A lot of that time now revolves around our toddler, which means things don’t always go according to plan—but you get pretty good at adapting.

That mindset carries into how I approach my work. The focus is simple: make the best decision you can now, take it one step at a time, and build something you actually get to enjoy—while also leaving something meaningful behind for the people you love long after you’re gone.
