Bob Vasavanont

Driven by a passion for helping others succeed, Bob Vasa has built his career around empowering financial advisors to grow, evolve, and deliver meaningful outcomes for their clients. What began as a transactional role in syndicate offerings at Morgan Stanley has evolved into a decades-long commitment to coaching advisors and strengthening wealth management practices across the Midwest.

Bob brings more than 25 years of financial services experience and currently serves as an Executive Director – Branch Complex Director with Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, he focuses on enhancing advisor business practices through tailored wealth management strategies, leveraging a strong background across investments, equities, and institutional capabilities to support sophisticated client needs. His career includes nearly two decades at UBS, where he held multiple leadership positions and played a key role in developing high-performing teams and fostering strong, collaborative cultures.

He is known for combining the scale and resources of a major firm with a highly relational, coaching-oriented approach. Bob is passionate about building advisor-centric cultures that emphasize growth, performance, and partnership—while delivering comprehensive planning, banking integration, and access to advanced investment solutions.

Outside the office, Bob is deeply committed to his community and family. He previously served on the board of the Ravinia Festival and supports organizations such as Lurie Children’s Hospital, reflecting his dedication to making a meaningful impact. An avid alpine skier, tennis player, and ski coach, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
