Carter Atkins, MBA

Carter Atkins is a Senior Financial Advisor with a background spanning military service, investment advising, and community leadership. A graduate of Scranton Preparatory School, he pursued a degree in Geography at Bucknell University before earning an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. His military career included service as an instructor and evaluator navigator in the U.S. Air Force, where he participated in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, earning the Air Medal for his meritorious achievement in aerial flight. Transitioning to finance, Carter has been a trusted advisor since 1997, beginning at A.G. Edwards & Sons and continuing his career at Wells Fargo Advisors. Beyond his financial expertise, Carter has dedicated himself to youth development through the Boy Scouts of America, serving in roles such as Den Leader, Assistant Cub Master, and Assistant Scout Master. His passion for sports and leadership is also evident in his past presidency of Liberty Ice Hockey, a scholastic league fostering teamwork and athletic excellence. Outside of his professional and community commitments, Carter is devoted to his family. He is happily married to his wife Hansook, and together they have three boys who keep life lively and full of adventure. An avid enthusiast of history, travel, and philanthropy, Carter finds joy in golf, military history, geography, and of course, the pursuit of useless trivia. His well-rounded interests and commitment to service continue to shape his professional and personal endeavors.
