Ardell Roan has been in the financial services industry since 1988. She holds her Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, and Series 9/10 licenses. She also holds her New York Insurance License. Ardell is a lifelong learner and is continually pursuing knowledge that will bring value to clients.

As the Branch Manager of Carter Wealth Management, Ardell manages the office day to-day operations. You will find her speaking with clients, assisting Financial Advisors with managing their clients’ accounts, keeping the office organized, and ensuring clients have the best possible experience when calling and visiting the office.

To Ardell, client needs always come first. She embraces the fast-paced nature of her work and enjoys interacting with clients and finding creative ways to meet their needs. She enjoys tackling challenging questions and strives to ensure details are professionally managed. Client relationships are at the center of all she does.

Outside of the office, Ardell is a wife and a mother of three. She loves spending time with family and friends, taking the scenic route on long drives and spending time at the beach. She is an avid basketball and baseball fan.
