Chloe Ott

As a financial advisor in the heart of downtown Chicago, Chloe is building a business through family, friends, and referrals. Her core focus is to help clients create and preserve wealth for not only themselves but for their family legacy.

This focus comes from growing up in downtown Chicago with her grandparents, where her building was solely occupied by empty nesters and retirees. Over time, Chloe learned of the difficulties that the older population experiences, such as elder abuse and lack of guidance from their family. As Chloe grew older, she wanted to take her education and use it to help the community she grew up around.

While studying at Vanderbilt University, Chloe focused on economics as well as finance to grow her understanding of the financial world. Prior to moving her practice to Wells Fargo Advisors, Chloe had experience in placing debt and equity in commercial real estate along with over nine years at another wealth management firm and regional bank.  There she served various client needs, conducted daily research, and administered all types of investments - all while building personal relationships with her clients. These experiences allow her team to deliver and cater to their clients’ needs along with the help of the expansive Wells Fargo platform.

Chloe's goal is to not only help her clients achieve their financial goals but also be the individual they can trust.

Chloe lives in the West Loop neighborhood, is interested in commercial real estate, and is an avid sports fan. She can often be found at the Cubs, Bulls, or Blackhawks games. She is also a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Outside of the office, Chloe enjoys coaching age group swimming at her previous club team, as well as volunteering her time with the St. Ignatius College Prep Business Society.
