Our team’s investment philosophy

Strategic asset allocation is at the center of our team’s disciplined investment philosophy. With this in mind, we create risk-managed strategies customized to enhance each client’s ability to reach their financial goals. Guided by Wells Fargo Investment Institute’s capital market assumptions, we build strategic asset allocation models drawing on our team’s experience through a wide range of markets and economic cycles, in addition to our long-term outlook on the markets and economy.

Our investment approach, diligent oversight, and evaluations are intended to help grow and preserve your wealth. Asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and risk management are applied to each of our client relationships, and relationships always begin with a consulting process to identify your financial goals and investment objectives. Thereafter, we determine the proper asset allocation and construct a portfolio of investments needed to achieve the results of your investment plan.

The Private Investment Management (PIM) program

The PIM program is a customized portfolio management program geared toward your specific investment goals. Our senior advisor, Katrina Consiglio, has met stringent criteria based on experience and expertise in order to act as your personal portfolio manager.

Guiding you through a consulting process to ascertain your investment goals and risk parameters, Katrina then uses asset allocation to construct a portfolio of various securities chosen to help meet your financial objectives. As your Portfolio Manager, she actively manages your portfolio on an ongoing, discretionary basis using her own investment style.

Fees for the PIM program include advisory services, performance measurement, transaction costs, custody services and trading. Fees are based on the assets in the account and are assessed quarterly. There is a minimum fee per calendar quarter to maintain this type of account. Advisory accounts are not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts and may not be suitable for all investors. During periods of lower trading activity, your costs might be lower if our compensation was based on commissions. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services, including fees and expenses. The minimum account size for this program is $50,000.
