For over 30 Years, David has served as trusted financial advisor to families, individuals, and business owners across the United States. A Northeast Ohio native, Dave earned a BA in Business and Economics from Baldwin-Wallace College and an executive certificate from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania Securities Industry Institute.

David specializes in helping clients accumulate, grow, manage, and distribute wealth, with a strong emphasis on tax efficiency. Through a personal approach, he focuses on simplifying financial decisions and guiding clients toward achieving financial confidence and success.

A lifelong area resident, Dave is an active member in the community. He is a member of St. Christine’s Parish in Youngstown, OH. He has previously held board positions with The Optimist Club, Youngstown Visiting Nurses Association, Lake Milton Boat Club, Boardman Gridiron Club, and Leadership Mahoning Valley.

Outside of work, David enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

He currently resides in Boardman with his wife of 35 years, Cari. They are proud parents of two adult children: Emilee, a special education teacher, and Evan, who works in medical device sales.

Zach is a financial advisor with the Croutch Machuga Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He specializes in helping individuals and families approaching or in retirement, as well as high-earning millennials seeking tax-efficient strategies to grow and protect their wealth.

Zach assists clients with decisions around all aspects of their financial lives, such as creating a sustainable income, navigating healthcare, Social Security, investment management, legacy planning and more. He also collaborates with other professionals to develop strategies that are designed to align with his clients’ goals.

After earning his MBA while playing football at Waynesburg University, Zach began his career in healthcare before transitioning to financial services in 2021. He works in cohort with his father-in-law, David Croutch, who has over 30 years of experience advising clients. They serve clients locally and across the country.

Zach is a lifelong Youngstown resident and resides in Boardman with his wife, Emilee, and dog Hank. Away from the office, he enjoys fitness, watching sports, golfing, and hanging out with friends and family.
