Being in the financial services industry for more than two decades, Dawn witnessed firsthand how many individuals, families and business owners were inadequately prepared for some of life’s most important financial goals, including retirement, estate planning strategies and leaving a meaningful legacy.  Seeing the uncertainty and stress that often resulted, created a burden on her heart and inspired her to more than simply offer financial products.  Dawn wanted to provide holistic wealth planning that helps people prepare for every stage of life with confidence.  Dawn’s passion is centered on helping clients align their financial decisions with their values, support the people they love, and build a legacy that reflects what matters most to them.

As a Christian, wife and mother, Dawn understands that financial decisions are less about the numbers, and more about caring for the people we love, stewarding resources wisely and preparing for the future with purpose.  Dawn’s faith guides her to serve with integrity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others.  As a working wife and mother, she understands the challenges of balancing family, career and financial responsibilities, allowing her to connect with clients in a personal and meaningful way.

Background and Qualifications:

As a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, Dawn has been in the financial services industry since 2005. She holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation through the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). Her experience includes serving in leadership and advisory roles such as Branch Manager, Private Client Banker, and Financial Advisor for Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, Fidelity and Merrill Lynch.

Dawn’s planning process begins with a thorough discovery of your goals, financial circumstances, and overall balance sheet. Her planning process typically unfolds over a series of meetings. Dawn helps clients develop strategies designed to pursue their objectives through comprehensive financial analysis, personalized recommendations, and thoughtful implementation.  Timely reviews help ensure plans remain aligned with evolving needs and long-term goals.  Dawn is committed to serving as a trusted advisor, educator, and resource to her clients; fully invested in their success while delivering a world-class, white-glove client experience.

Rooted in Faith, Family & Community:

Beyond her professional life, Dawn’s greatest joys are her faith, family, and serving others.  She has been happily married to her husband, Steve, since May 2004, and together they are raising two teenagers whom they consider precious gifts and blessings from the Lord.  As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, antiquing, and making memories through family vacations, whether for leisure or mission opportunities.

Dawn and her family are actively involved in their local church, where fellowshipping and service are central to their lives.  Her ministry passions include prayer, ladies, and children’s ministries, where she enjoys encouraging others and helping them grow in their faith.

A strong believer in giving back, Dawn has also remained deeply committed and connected to her community. She has served as a Chamber Ambassador for Etowah County Chamber of Commerce since 2003 and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Gadsden and Altrusa of Greater Gadsden.  Whether serving clients, her church or her community, Dawn strives to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
