Greg manages assets for individuals, retirement plans, trusts, and businesses. Through a long-term investment approach, he helps develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing goals. Greg’s mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance, with the highest level of professional service, in building and preserving wealth for his clients.
Background and experience
After graduating from SUNY Cortland in 1987 with his degree in Economics, Greg began working as a financial analyst for CIT Group before transitioning to National Westminster Bank where he learned commercial lending practices and the importance of analyzing corporate statements. In 1992, Greg began his career as a Financial Advisor with Smith Barney. Nine years later, UBS Financial Services hired Greg to serve as Vice President-Investments, which he did until joining Wells Fargo Advisors in April 2010 as Senior Vice President – Investments and was promoted in 2019 to Managing Director – Investments. Each year from 2010-2023, Greg has been recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor (previously known as Premier Advisor), a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors, as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.
Away from the office
Greg has been married over 35 years to Loren and both are the proud parents of Casey and Katelyn. With family and friends, Greg enjoys skiing, golfing, hunting, fishing and boating. Greg and Loren love traveling, especially to visit their children, Casey in Greenville, SC and Katelyn in Charlotte, NC. The family enjoys tailgating and watching Clemson Tigers football games. Greg is actively involved in the community. He volunteers for the Big Brothers & Big Sisters of America, Ronald McDonald House and the American Red Cross.
