I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. My career began in 1978, and I gained experience working for several regional firms before joining UBS PaineWebber in 1993. Initially, I worked as a solo practitioner, but as the industry evolved, I realized the importance of building a family team. In 2004, my wife, Sharon C. Gleckner, Financial Consultant, joined me at UBS PaineWebber.
After working together for five years, we transitioned to Wachovia Securities, which later became Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2015, our daughter, Courtney Gleckner Maccarella, Associate Vice President – Investment Officer, joined our team. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and having multiple advisors to best serve our clients. In 2019, we partnered with another Financial Advisor, Thomas Weirich, and co-founded the "Gleckner-Weirich Wealth Management Group."
Continuing my education and expanding my professional experience was important to me. I pursued a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, completing the required coursework and passing a rigorous examination. This certification allows me to better understand and provide unique solutions in today's complex market environment. To maintain my CFP® certification, I adhere to stringent professional standards and fulfill ongoing continuing education requirements.
For over four decades, I have been helping clients achieve their financial goals. I understand that each client's situation is unique, which is why I take a comprehensive and personalized approach to investment planning. My primary focus areas include wealth creation and preservation, as well as strategic retirement planning. I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, small business owners, and corporate pension and 401k plans.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sharon. We share a passion for golf and make it a priority to play whenever our schedules allow. We have two daughters, Kate and Courtney, and we are blessed with three beautiful granddaughters. Courtney and her husband, Jeffrey, have two daughters named Tess and Sloane. Kate and her husband, Brandon, recently welcomed their daughter, Lucy, who is the newest addition to our family. Watching our granddaughters grow brings us immense joy and fulfillment.

As a Financial Advisor, I am dedicated to helping my clients meet their financial needs. In 2015, I joined Wells Fargo Advisors. For 3 years, I worked alongside Mark Gleckner, Managing Director – Investments, Financial Advisor, and Sharon Gleckner, Financial Consultant. In early 2019, our family team joined with another advisor to establish The Gleckner-Weirich Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Before entering the financial services industry, I spent over 5 years building a successful business as a buyer in the retail industry.
I am proud to share the same alma mater as my mother, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Eager to further my education, I attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA to earn my Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior.
Whether clients are planning for retirement, saving for a child’s or grandchild’s education, or looking to preserve wealth, I am able to help. I focus on providing a unique perspective on legacy planning. My personal approach to fostering relationships creates a comfortable environment in which my clients can develop strategies to prepare for significant life events. With the support and tools of a premier financial institution, I am able to create holistic plans for my clients. My mission is to navigate the process alongside clients on a continuous basis and keep them actively engaged in their financial progress. Sharon and I also work together to advocate for women and assist in their empowerment in all aspects of investment planning. We love having the opportunity to build women up and watch them grow in their financial endeavors.
I spend most of my free time with my husband, Jeffrey, and our daughters, Tess and Sloane. I find so much joy in being a parent. I enjoy running and cycling to stay healthy and keep up with my girls’ high energy. As a working parent, I understand the necessity for balance in a blissfully chaotic world. When time and weather allow, my family loves going to the lakes in our neighborhood to relax and soak up the sun with friends.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Through my studies, I gained a solid understanding of interpersonal relationships and the intricacies of human emotion and decision-making. This knowledge has been invaluable in establishing meaningful connections with my clients and guiding them through their experiences, especially during market fluctuations. I owe a debt of gratitude to my father for encouraging me to explore a career in the Financial Services industry. In 1981, he received a letter seeking candidates for a stockbroker career, which he shared with me. This marked the beginning of my journey in this field. I started my career as a Financial Advisor at Butcher and Singer in Toms River, NJ, and later worked as an Investment Consultant at PNC Investments.
In the spirit of “two heads are better than one,” I decided to join forces with my husband, Mark Gleckner, who is the Managing Director - Investments at UBS PaineWebber. Together, we embarked on a new journey and transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities) in 2009. This move allowed us to further strengthen our partnership and establish a team-oriented approach. In 2015, we were thrilled to welcome our daughter, Courtney Gleckner Maccarella, as an Associate Vice President - Investments, into our family practice. To continue fostering growth and expertise, we also joined forces with another talented Financial Advisor, Thomas Weirich, forming The Gleckner-Weirich Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting clients in addressing their financial concerns and developing effective strategies to help them achieve their personal goals and objectives. I am deeply committed to helping clients identify their goals and stay on track towards achieving them.
As our team continues to grow and evolve, we are constantly adding new elements to enhance our ability to serve the needs of our clients. I am particularly proud to hold the designation of Certified Retirement Counselor®. This prestigious accreditation signifies that CRC® certificants are part of an elite group of highly qualified retirement professionals. I am dedicated to providing comprehensive planning to assist clients at all stages of life.
Outside of work, I stay active both physically and mentally by playing golf as often as I can with Mark. We have two wonderful daughters, Kate and Courtney. Kate is married to Brandon, and they recently welcomed their first daughter, Lucy. Courtney is married to Jeffrey, and they have two daughters, Tess and Sloane. Family time is a priority. Our three granddaughters are the joy of our lives. In my role as Nona, I take great pride in watching them grow up.

Before joining the Gleckner-Maccarella Wealth Management Group in 2021, I worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. During my time there, I provided comprehensive customer service, developed strong customer relations, and offered strategic financial planning solutions based on clients' financial situations. I also collaborated closely with Premier Bankers to introduce wealth management options to affluent customers. Prior to my experience at Wells Fargo Advisors, I held an internship at Kennedy Investment Group. I analyzed financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions and played a key role in creating and implementing a firm business plan, enforcing departmental policies, and maintaining relationships with mutual fund managers and wholesalers.
In 2018, I worked with The Evangelisti Companies. In this role, I presented financial information to the executive team, negotiated real estate contracts, and examined budget estimates for completeness and accuracy. Before that, I worked as a Personal Banker at Beneficial Bank.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Rutgers University.
Outside of work, I have a passion for golf and baseball. I'm also a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, supporting the Phillies, Eagles, and Sixers. I enjoy spending time with my family, collecting watches, going to the beach, and exploring different parts of the world. Giving back to the community is a priority, and I actively volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House and participate in events for the Susan J Komen foundation to support breast cancer research. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Danielle, and reside in Gloucester Township, NJ. We welcomed our first child, Lucas Mills, in April 2023. We also have a beloved adopted dog named Marley.
