As the Managing Director of The Greaser Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Tom Greaser leads the team to support clients’ goals through careful planning. He is passionate about providing sound financial advice and guidance – with the highest level of professional service – as he helps clients build and preserve their wealth.
Tom began his career with Wells Fargo Advisors (and predecessor firms) in February of 2000. Throughout his career, he’s been honored to receive several awards and acknowledgements for his service to his clients. From 2018-2023, Tom has been named as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor.* From 2014-2023, he’s been recognized as a member of the Platinum Council** by Wells Fargo Advisors.
Tom graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a concentration in finance. While at Georgetown, he served as the captain of the men’s soccer team and was a first Team Academic All-American.
Away from the office, Tom loves spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children, Sara, Emma, Andrew, and Zoe. He is also the color commentator for the Georgetown men’s soccer team.

Shahriar Chowdhury, CFP

As part of the Greaser Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Sha Chowdhury provides comprehensive investment management and planning services to a select group of clients and organizations. Sha’s goal is to act as the “Chief Financial Officer” for his clients’ family wealth. Sha’s area of concentration on the team is organizational asset management, business owner services, equity investments and alternative strategies.
In acknowledgement of his service to his clients, Sha has been recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor** by Wells Fargo Advisors for the years 2020 and 2021.
Sha earned his MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and completed an Executive Certificate program in Financial Planning at Georgetown University. With a passion for continuing education, he went on to earn the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the CFP Board of Standards.
Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, Sha was an Officer in the United States Army Field Artillery Branch. He served as a Platoon Leader and Battery Executive Officer with the 1st Armored Division, where he conducted patrols in Baghdad, Iraq and led over 100 soldiers in combat operations. Before his Honorable Discharge in 2005, Sha attained the rank of Captain. Today, he is a member of the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and the Army and Navy Club in Washington, DC.
Away from the office, Sha enjoys hiking, traveling, and actively training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He and his wife, Sylke, have two children, Sami and Sumaiya.

Andrew Sipala
Financial Advisor
Andrew joined the Greaser Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2020. He is passionate about combining his clients’ investment objectives with their personal values and ambitions. Andrew focuses on utilizing a defined process to encompass all aspects of clients’ investment lives, including income sources, cash flow needs, current and future liabilities, and any special circumstances that may influence their ability to reach their goals.
Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, Andrew graduated from Bridgewater College and was a four-year collegiate athlete on a nationally ranked football team.
Andrew and his wife, Nicolle, live in the Bloomingdale neighborhood in DC with their two chihuahuas. Sports have always been a passion for Andrew, and he has enjoyed the opportunity to coach football at several high schools in the area. In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling and working in his garden.
Lara Kien
Financial Advisor
Lara joined the Greaser Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2010. Having previously served as an associate on our team, she brings with her extensive knowledge and invaluable perspectives on wealth management. Lara enjoys working alongside clients to help them achieve their goals and focuses on the client experience and communications.
Lara has been with Wells Fargo Advisors (and predecessor firms) since 2005. She is a graduate of George Mason University.
Away from the office, Lara enjoys spending time with her husband, Peter and two daughters, Elizabeth and Samantha. She spends her weekends coaching her daughter's soccer teams.

Sean Dorsey
Client Associate
Sean is the team’s Client Associate and performs all daily operations at the Greaser Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He has extensive client-facing expertise and is passionate about providing detail-oriented, personal service to ensure our clients are treated with the care they deserve.
Sean began his financial services career in international retail banking before transitioning to wealth investment management with Wells Fargo Advisors.
Away from the office, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Molly and his daughter Maeve.
