This always brings fear and anxiety to me when I am flying and I always worry when we first enter into turbulence. 

But as a passenger, I stay seated and do not get up and roam around the cabin. 

I trust the pilot who is well-trained and experienced many similar situations to get me to my final destination.

In today’s market we are experiencing something similar to turbulence, a volatile market. 

We see the market rising one day and think we are moving in the right direction, just to see it down the next. 

This always brings fear and anxiety.
