Hi there this is James. Topic today is how to change a financial advisor relationship. What I’ve found is a lot of clients are very nervous about moving from one financial advisor to another. Now they can have a number of reasons why they want to do this. They might have found a situation where they are more comfortable with someone else, but they are overwhelmed with the process of moving from one firm to the other. And the reality is we do all the work. You need to open new accounts.  You need to sign the documents to transfer your accounts. We take the paperwork move your accounts over. Establish new online accounts for you. You can see them. Review your new statements and build a process. So the reality of moving from one advisor to another is the majority of the work goes onto the new financial advisor and making this as pain free of a divorce as it can be. So quick thought I’d thought I share.
