Hi there. This is James. I thought I'd speak a little bit today about the best and worst part of my job. The best part of my job is I get to meet new people. I get to know them. I get to learn what's important to them and their lives and their family. I get to help them build plans for their retirement, for their children's education, for their children's weddings, for taking care of their parents, for grandchildren, for so many exciting and fun things.

That's the best part of my job. Now, the, the worst part of my job is that when our clients get ill, or heaven forbid, pass away, you build these relationships over decades. These people become close to you like their family. No one ever explained to me how hard it is to deal with when your friends and your family has grown to this big number of people that you're working with, and then something happens to them.

Now, the comfort I take in that situation is that we've built plans for these situations, that we've built plans for when these things occur. Our hope and the value I feel we provide is to help their family members navigate through these challenging situations. While I didn't know about it in the beginning and wasn't thinking about that when I selected this as my career, it is extremely valuable to have someone on your side when you go through these issues.

So, it's the big picture. We love what we do here, and I thought I would just share that quick thought. Thanks.
