Hello, this is James Mayer. Quick thought this Sunday evening. I wanted to share a planning story with you. Unfortunately, one of our clients passed away a few years ago, and one of this person's wishes was to have something special happen with a piece of property that they owned. Well, it took a long time, and here recently this property was put in title to the way that he wanted, and it'll be preserved forever.

Now, this was an extremely emotional moment because when you're working with a client and they know they're going to pass away and they want something done in perpetuity forever as a legacy for their family that's a pretty big responsibility. Luckily, we were able to be a part of having that happen. And a few years after this client passed away, was finally able to see one of their last wishes come to fruition.

So estate planning isn't over the second someone passes away. Sometimes there's things that happen  much after they pass away. Quick thought. I hope you all have a great week.
