Kenneth Lachance

Kenneth E. LaChance (Ken) serves as a Branch Complex Director and is a key member of the Minnesota WFA leadership team. Based in the Wells Fargo Center in Minneapolis, Ken is primarily responsible for driving the retention and growth of the High Net Worth (HNW) branch across Minnesota. He provides direct leadership to our Private Wealth Advisors and oversees a diverse group of Financial Advisors throughout the region. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ken brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to advisor development and client success. Ken has dedicated his entire finance career to Wells Fargo, where he previously served as Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Commercial Banking. He began his career on the front lines as a teller while earning his degree in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Ken’s journey reflects a deep commitment to the industry and a strong foundation in both client service and leadership. Ken is a recognized community leader and currently serves on the board of Project for Pride in Living, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equitable housing and economic opportunity. Finally, Ken and his wife, Brenda, live in Eagan and are 'empty nesters' given the recent successful launch of their two adult sons.
