Thomas has been in the financial services industry for over 28 years.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Thomas was a Financial Consultant at Washington Mutual in Bellevue, Washington for 12 years, where he specialized in investment planning.

Thomas graduated summa cum laude from The University of St. Thomas in Minnesota (BA Finance), studied abroad at Osaka Gakuin University in Japan, and has an MBA from the University of Washington. He holds a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) certification.  Thomas is fluent in Japanese, Taiwanese (Hakka), and conversational Mandarin Chinese. In the past, Thomas has taught MBA finance courses at Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of Friends of Youth, a non-profit organization that provides services to youth and their families.

Thomas lives in Kirkland, Washington with his wife Peggy and two children Audrey and Elliott.  In his spare time, he enjoys competing in obstacle course races, reading, and traveling.
