Meet Our Team

Neil McPeak earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University before joining a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo in 1981. He has received local and industry-wide recognition for his capabilities as a financial advisor. Neil has been named to the Platinum Council (one of our firm's special recognition levels) every year since 1993, and has most recently been named one of Barron's Top 1,000 Financial Advisors for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and Barron's Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2016 and 2017. His work ranges from investment planning to portfolio management services. To implement his strategies, Neil draws upon a broad range of investment alternatives to help achieve the optimum fit for each client's specific goals and objectives.

Michael J. Weeks joined the McPeak Wealth Management Group in 1997 with a degree in finance from Stockton University. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Financial Advisor with over 20 years of experience, he helps individuals and small businesses achieve their retirement and investment plan goals. To gain further knowledge and expertise, he also received his Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning. He assists clients throughout their life to help them accumulate wealth and help them manage that wealth during their retirement. His other areas of focus include creation and implementation of asset allocation models for mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, small business retirement plans including 401(k) plans, and options strategies.

Kyle Roffina joined the McPeak Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2018. Kyle graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University’s School of Business in 2016. As a financial advisor, Kyle takes a holistic investment planning approach to helping his clients work towards their unique goals and objectives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Kyle firmly believes that trust and continued education are key to successful client relationships. Kyle lives in Ocean City, NJ, where he enjoys playing pickleball, surfing, and fishing. Kyle is also an avid Villanova Wildcats basketball fan.
