Nathan Vandas

Nathan Vandas serves as Branch Complex Director and has over 14 years of industry experience, including seven years with Wells Fargo Advisors. He is deeply passionate about developing others and fostering an environment where Financial Advisors can thrive. After beginning his career working directly with clients, Nathan discovered a strong calling in mentoring newer advisors, helping them build confidence and adopt strategies that lead to long-term success. What sets Nathan apart is his commitment to personalized service and a team culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth. He takes the time to understand each client's unique goals and values, ensuring that every recommendation is tailored to their specific needs. As a leader, he prioritizes mentorship and development, empowering advisors to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships. Outside the office, Nathan enjoys golfing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, biking, and spending time with his wife Marina and their two children, Juno and Jordan. He is also actively involved in the community. Nathan is fluent in English and German and holds a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
