Nicolette Frandsen, CFP

As an Executive Director and Area Manager, Nicolette Frandsen leverages her 17 years of financial industry experience to drive performance, build strong teams and foster trusted relationships. Nicolette's approach combines her background in education and her passion of learning to help advisors thrive. Nicolette leads with integrity, collaboration, and a focus on long-term success. Since joining Wells Fargo in 2008 as a learning and development consultant, Nicolette has held multiple leadership roles centered on coaching and strategic consulting. Her work has consistently supported individuals and teams in adapting to change, driving performance, and advancing professional growth. Nicolette transitioned to Wells Fargo after a rewarding careering in education, teaching students from elementary school through college, as a faculty member and research advisor at St. Mary's College. Nicolette earned a B.A. in education from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, and master's degree in educational leadership from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California. In her personal life Nicolette is deeply involved in her community as a board member for Diablo Valley Track & Field, a youth running club. She is an avid runner, a passionate reader, and enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter in the East Bay.
