In 1975, after graduating from the University of South Florida with a BA degree, I began my financial services career with the Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, in Fort Myers, Florida. In 1976, I joined A. G. Edwards as a Financial Advisor. In 1979, I became the second person in Lee County to receive the CFP designation. In 1989, I became a branch manager for A. G. Edwards. I managed offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Bonita Springs. In 2006, I retired from management and in 2007. I created the Nolte Wealth Management Group. For over 40 years I have helped clients and their families preserve their wealth and grow their investments.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my wife Pam, two beautiful daughters, Jamie and Cassie and my three grandchildren, Steven, Sebastian and Elizabetta. I also enjoy boating, golfing, scuba diving and travel. I’ve been active in my community for many years. I’ve been active in my community for many years. I am a cabinet member of the United Way of Lee, Hendry and Charlotte counties. In addition, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Harry Chapin Food Bank and I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the Alvin Dubin Alzheimer’s Resource Center where I served for 17 years.
Nick joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2007. A native of Southwest Florida, he graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned his Masters of Science in Business Management with honors from Hodges University. As a Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, Nick takes a holistic approach to investment planning and management with the group’s clients. In addition, Nick assists with portfolio construction and implementation, conducts market research, performs mutual funds due diligence, and provides asset allocation analysis. Nick and his wife Lisa have three young children.
Al is a graduate of the College of Financial Planning where he obtained his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, (CRPC®) designation. He prides himself in his ability to develop an investment plan based on your values first and he specializes in retirement planning.
He served in Law Enforcement for ten years prior to becoming a Financial Advisor. During his tenure in Law Enforcement he discovered a love for wealth management ultimately leading to making a transition to Southwest Florida where he joined the Nolte Wealth Management Group.
When not enjoying serving clients he enjoys spending quality time with my wife Erica and two children Karmen and Garett. Al enjoys participating in triathlons and serving his community. He volunteers at Cape Christian Church and serves as a board member for the Rotary Club of Cape Coral and the Cape Coral Community Foundation. He also serves the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties as a member of the Allocations Committee.
Pam joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in 1996 as a Financial Associate. She received her Series 7 and Series 63 registrations and quickly became an integral part of the Nolte Wealth Management Group. Over the past 20 years, she has been recognized and received the Distinguished Service award which is designed to recognize outstanding branch support team members who embody the firm's core values such as service, respect, integrity and teamwork. Pam and her husband Jeff have lived in Fort Myers since 1989 and enjoy boating, beaching, and entertaining in their Florida lifestyle.
Beth moved from New Jersey to Cape Coral, FL in 2000 where she lives now with her husband Phil. Her 3 children have all grown up here and attended and/or graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Beth joined the predecessor firm A.G. Edwards & Son in 2000 and continued with the organization through Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. Beth joined our team on June 15th 2015. She holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations which enable her to place trades in addition to providing exceptional client service in both an administrative and operational capacity.
