Clinton Rickett bought his first investment when he was 18 years old and his first house when he was 22. Now, 25 years later, Clint helps lead the Rickett & Champa Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. The group manages over $600 million for approximately 375 families as of November 2021.

As the late, great Colin Powell stated, our goal is to help people “…make educated decisions with imperfect information.” He was referring to war-time decisions… we use it as a backbone of what we do for our clients: superior decisions based on facts and logic – not the ability to predict the future.
Clint earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union, as well as an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He has also earned his series 7 and 66 securities registrations, in addition to holding life insurance, accident and health, and variable annuities licenses and a Long-Term Care Insurance certificate. Furthermore, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, having earned a certification that is among the most recognized in the financial services industry.
An active member of his community, Clint has served as a member of the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, as a youth soccer coach for the city of Avon, and as President of the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Lorain County, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives and reducing homelessness in Lorain County.

Dennis Champa

Dennis Champa has served Financial Advisors, team members, and clients of the Eastern division of Wells Fargo Advisors since 2008. He has enjoyed his time working in various roles ranging from Financial Advisor and Regional Productivity Manager to his current role as a producing Branch Manager. Dennis truly enjoys using the various coaching designations he has acquired to help his Financial Advisors become better business owners and serve their clients on a deeper, more efficient level.
In 2021, Dennis joined a team of like-minded advisors, working alongside his two partners, Vince Ruma and Clint Rickett. With Vince’s retirement in 2022, Dennis and Clint continue to serve their clients’ best interests through the use of planning and other combined strategies.
Dennis himself has more than two decades of industry experience and has spent his entire career in Northeast Ohio, where he attended both high school and the University of Akron, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, and organizational communications. Over the course of his career, Dennis has earned his Series 7, 9, 10, 31, and 66 securities registrations. He also holds life insurance, accident and health, and variable annuities licenses, as well as a Long-Term Care Insurance certificate.
Dennis enjoys working with his clients to create a path toward their goals, in addition to partnering with Financial Advisors in various ways to serve their clients more effectively. He believes that the best advisors truly act as business owners and that their clients always come first.
Away from the office, Dennis loves spending quality time with his wife, Colleen, and their children, Macie and Manning.
Felicia Massey
Financial Advisor
As a Financial Advisor, Felicia Massey works to help clients understand and increase their odds of financial success. She enjoys taking the complexities out of investment planning while helping tailor comprehensive plans to fit her clients’ specific needs and goals. With nearly a decade of experience in financial services, Felicia continually strives for ways to contribute to her clients’ success.
Felicia began her career in financial services in 2015 at Quicken Loans as a mortgage loan originator, helping clients obtain a mortgage on new home or refinance. She
took that experience into the banking industry, and by 2016 she was leading a retail banking team at Citizens Bank. Her ability to hold constructive conversations and
build relationships with clients proved valuable when she transitioned to wealth management at PNC Investments in 2018. After obtaining her Series 7 and 66
securities registrations, she began to focus more on financial strategies, onboarding new client relationships, and preparing investment plans to suit her clients’ unique
goals. In 2022, she was thrilled to join Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Client Associate. Within a year she moved into a Financial Advisor role, and officially joined
the Rickett & Champa Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Together with her team, their goals are to service clients with a high level of accuracy, provide education around investment opportunities, and contribute to client satisfaction.
Felicia earned her bachelor’s degree in science from Ohio University. Currently, she lives in Cleveland with her daughter, Olivia, and their dog, Stella. Outside of work,
she gives back to organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross. Over the last few years, she became a self-taught woodworker and has completed
several projects and renovations in her home, including a playhouse for her daughter. Spending time with family is Felicia’s top priority, whether she is helping with Olivia’s Girl Scout troop, or enjoying time outside together.
Lisa Schumacher
Senior Client Associate
Officer
As a former cosmetologist, Lisa’s career in financial services began 29 years ago when she was waiting tables and met a manager with Prescott Ball and Turben in 1989. After an invitation to interview for a Client Associate position, she accepted the job. Today as a Senior Client Associate, Officer at Wells Fargo Advisors, she works closely with her Financial Advisors to handle a wide variety of tasks including troubleshooting and processing complex requests. One of her favorite aspects of work is the ability to make clients’ lives a little easier through excellent service and smooth experience.
Outside of work, Lisa loves volunteering in the infant room at her church. She often spends her free time gardening, drawing, crocheting, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Now, she lives in Lakewood, and has a 30 year old son who also works for Wells Fargo.
