As a Senior Financial Advisor, & Managing Director - Investments, Chad Reynolds is dedicated to helping his clients meet their financial needs. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, he has completed extensive training and is held to one of the highest ethical and educational standards. As a financial advisor with a CFP® designation, Chad strives to understand the complexities of the changing financial climate and is required to make investment planning recommendations in his clients’ best interest.

Before entering the financial services industry, he graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master's degree in exercise and sports science. Chad then worked as an educator with Barton College and East Carolina University.   

Chad's mission is to help each one of his clients plan for a financial future in a way that best meets their goals. In fact, Chad was recognized by Wells Fargo Advisors from 2014–2018 as a Platinum Council Advisor. This distinction is held by a select group of financial advisors within the firm as measured by business production, completion of educational components, and professionalism.

And his commitment doesn't end there.  Chad most recently earned the designation of Senior Fundamental Choice Portfolio Advisor.    The Fundamental Choice® Program of Wells Fargo Advisors is a customized advisory portfolio management program that utilizes active asset allocation management with the goal of long term capital appreciation.    Chad completed a Training program that allows him to manage client portfolios in a discretionary manner, guided closely by the research recommendations and collective insights of Wells Fargo Securities and external research firms whose service Wells Fargo Advisors and its affiliates subscribe to.   

Chad has been an active member of the local community for nearly 25 years, having served on the local Rotary club and as the Program Committee Chairman of the Board at the YMCA.  Away from the office, he also enjoys spending quality time with his family. Chad lives in New Bern with his wife, Laura of 20 years, and their three children, Molly, Catherine, and Lydia.   Molly is a First Year Student @ UNC - Chapel Hill, Catherine and Lyddie are both attending New Bern High School. 

Backed by more than 12 years of experience serving her clients’ unique investment needs, Allison Coward aims to be diligent and persistent in helping her clients take responsibility for their financial well-being. By uncovering her clients' financial goals and objectives and then showing them how those can be achieved, Allison builds long-lasting relationships that strive to bring about positive changes in her clients' lives.

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Allison graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, and she earned a Master's degree in accounting from East Carolina University, though she doesn’t offer accounting services. After working as an Analyst with Altrius Capital, Allison transitioned to the New Bern office of Wells Fargo Advisors, and she takes pride in working for a firm that continues to focus on clients. In her current role, Allison's mission is to establish long-term relationships based on trust, sound professional advice, and superior client service – all while offering comprehensive, holistic advice in all market environments.

An active member of her community for nearly 20 years, Allison is an Executive Committee Member of the New Bern Heart Ball for the American Heart Association. Away from the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Robert, and their two sons, Christian and Troy. As a family, they enjoy camping at the beach and boating on the river.

Jim Phillips proudly serves his clients by helping them achieve their life goals and manage risk through up and down markets, all while customizing their planning strategies to incorporate their highest priority goals and objectives.

Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Jim graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and has also completed his Master's in Business Administration @ East Carolina University.   Prior to joining our team he worked as a Premier Banker with Wells Fargo Bank. Now a Financial Advisor, Vice President - Investments with the New Bern, Washington, and Morehead City offices of Wells Fargo Advisors, he enjoys personally getting to know each of his clients and building portfolios based on a full understanding of where his clients are now and where they see themselves in the years ahead.

Outside the office, Jim enjoys boating and spending time on the Pamlico River with his wife and their son, Win. As an active member of the community throughout his life, Jim has remained involved in youth sports, the Church of the Good Shepherd, Washington Young Professionals, and the Pamlico Plantation Yacht Club.    

As a Marketing Client Associate, Jessica Nardozzi's mission is to provide every client with the highest level of personal service and professional integrity. Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Jessica worked in several financial services roles with Wells Fargo Bank in New Bern, NC, and prior to that, she worked in the mortgage field gaining over 22 years of experience in lending and banking.

Away from the office, Jessica enjoys playing golf, fishing, and working in the garden. She and her husband, Tony, live in New Bern with their three fur babies, Cassie, Bailey, and Karley.

As a Registered Client Associate for the Reynolds, Coward, & Phillips Wealth Management Group, Keith Howell helps oversee daily operations to ensure clients are served quickly and efficiently, and that the team is compliant with industry regulations and procedures. A seasoned industry veteran, he brings nearly 20 years of experience to the team, more than a decade of which has been spent within Wells Fargo & Co.

Away from the office, Keith enjoys practicing his musical talents and spending quality time with his family. He lives in New Bern, NC, with his wife, Rana, and their daughter, Taylor. He also has two adult daughters, Morgan and Hali, who live in Dallas and Jacksonville, FL, respectively. Keith loves visiting his family out of town and spoiling his grandchildren, Lily and Landon. And when the weather permits, Keith also enjoys taking a trip to the links for a round of golf.
