#1 in client satisfaction with wealth management digital experience among advised investors

Best-In-Class Experience

J.D. Power’s 2025 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study (announced November 2025) is a benchmarking study of large U.S. wealth management firms assessing investor digital experiences across websites and mobile apps. Data was collected June–August 2025 from investors who identified Wells Fargo Advisors as their primary wealth management firm, had interacted with the firm’s website or mobile app in the past year, and reported either an advised or DIY relationship. Results were weighted by market share, panel source mix, and evaluated channel to support comparability across firms. A minimum number of 100 surveys total and at least 30 surveys for each channel are required to be included. Survey included feedback on 4 main categories: Design, System, Information, and Tools/Capabilities. Study is independently conducted, and the participating firms do not pay to participate; however, use of award and promotional materials is subject to a license fee.

Financial Advisor

Drawing from 38 years of expertise in financial services, I am deeply committed to empowering financial advisors and their clients to reach their highest aspirations and goals. My extensive experience through monumental market shifts equips me to effectively work together with and mentor financial advisors in cultivating their distinctive practices to cater to specialized client niches.

The cultivation of a thriving wealth management practice demands a collaborative approach. I work hand in hand with financial advisors and their teams, helping to ensure that everyone feels included and valued. This approach helps us surmount obstacles, provide guidance, and deliver comprehensive training. I work with a team of accomplished professionals. We have access to seasoned trust and estate professionals and highly skilled retirement, insurance, and investment specialists. Our goal is to ensure that we marshal all the necessary resources and expertise to assist with the success of our clients and financial advisors.

My career began at Paine Webber/UBS during the tumultuous October of 1987, where I believe I successfully guided clients through volatile markets, steering them towards their aspirations over the past three decades. Transitioning to the role of Branch Manager, I have supported financial advisors in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Minnesota, and California in establishing their specialized wealth management practices. After working with UBS for 32 years, I received an invitation to join Wells Fargo Advisors and decided to accept due to its impressive multichannel structure. This structure allows financial advisors to choose platforms that match their values. As the leader of the East Valley, Gilbert, Phoenix and Tempe Branches in Arizona, and with previous management experience in California, Minnesota, Kentucky, and Ohio. I believe, I am well positioned to achieve outstanding results.

A graduate of Purdue University, I hold a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics. I also have relevant securities registrations and have earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation.
