Neil Ruda has over 25 years of business experience which he uses to help individuals and business owners achieve their investment goals. He offers a customized approach to investing and formulates sound investment strategies by taking the necessary time to listen to his clients' needs. Whether an individual is accumulating wealth, planning for or managing through retirement, Neil provides valuable guidance as a trusted advisor. He prides himself on the relationships he cultivates with his clients and the dedicated service that he and his team provide.

Neil is a Managing Director and a member of the firm's Premier Advisors Program. This distinction reflects his focus on professional success and his efforts to exceed Wells Fargo Advisors' high standards. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007, he was a Vice President Financial Consultant at RBC Dain Rauscher. Neil holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. In 2006, he earned his Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) certification to further strengthen his knowledge of the financial services industry.

Neil is an active member of his community, having volunteered for the JCC, the Seneca Park Zoo, and other organizations. He and his wife, Leslie, live in Pittsford with their daughters, Macie and Karlie. When he is not at work, you can find him at his daughters' lacrosse games or dance performances. When time permits, he enjoys exercising, golfing, and playing basketball.

Amy Sullivan

    Amy Sullivan has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She most recently utilized her diverse skill set helping individuals and business owners evaluate and strategize to meet their financial goals. With a strong background in analytics, risk/operations, and relationship management, Amy takes a personalized approach in developing long term sustainable financial solutions for her clients. She takes an active role in investment planning using a holistic approach to address concerns and provide investment guidance.

    Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Amy worked in wealth management at UBS Financial Services. She has spent the majority of her career focused on investment management as CFO/COO of two registered investment firms in the hedge fund industry. She was responsible for compliance and risk management, financial reporting, investor relations and portfolio structuring for a hedge fund focused on the financial services sector, with emphasis on consolidation in the community banking sub-sector. Earlier in her career, Amy was Vice President and Division Head of Global Securities Services at Bankers Trust Company in New York City.

    Amy graduated from Niagara University with a B.A. in Mathematics.

    Amy has three children: Sean, Laney, and Jillian. She loves sports and can always be found at basketball or lacrosse games or volunteering for her daughter's lacrosse club when not in the office.

      Frank is devoted to helping his clients achieve their financial goals. Whether an individual is accumulating wealth, managing or planning for their retirement, or saving for education needs, Frank is able to help.

      Before entering the financial services industry, Frank graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Marketing and Economics. Now a Financial Advisor with the Rochester office of Wells Fargo Advisors, he takes pride in working for a group that has the knowledge and experience to take an individual approach to each client's situation.

      Frank is a proud and active member in his community. He serves as a board member for the Italian Heritage Foundation which gives high school scholarships to children for enrollment in local private schools. He also works with the School of the Holy Childhood and serves as a trustee for the NYS Trooper Signal 30 Fund. He is the founder of the Sicilian Olive Fest, an annual charity event he holds honor of his father, where proceeds benefit local charities.

        Luci joined Wells Fargo Advisors and the Ruda Investment Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in September 2016. Luci is an industry professional with over 15 years in the financial services industry. She supports the Ruda Investment Group team with her knowledge and expertise on the operational side of the business. She continually strives to make certain that our clients are not only satisfied in their relationship with us, but that they consistently receive the exemplary service and attention they deserve. 

        Luci loves Rochester in the summer! She loves to garden, attend festivals, and be anywhere by the water. 

        Luci holds her Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.
