Take Time to Envision Your Future

Caring enough to take time to cultivate and build relationships based on trust and confidence is a finely tuned process that Sabin Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors offers clients. That commitment becomes the foundation of relationships. Together, they discover the client’s vision and create an investment plan. Envision® Planning is a unique investment planning process suited to the preferences and objectives of each client. An Envision plan tracks the progress toward achieving those goals.

Envision® planning is an eight-step process
in which advisors and clients:
  1. Define the major life goals of the client.
  2. Identify goals that are ideal and acceptable.
  3. Prioritize your goals.
  4. "Stress test" goals.
  5. Review Recommendations.
  6. Implement allocation.
  7. Monitor Progress.
  8. Set new goals and priorities.

Target Zone: Often a financial statement seems to be written in a different language. Each Envision plan structures a Target Zone for the client. Each plan report pinpoints and charts progress toward life goals. When performance strays out of the Target Zone, adjustments are made to refine the plan and update progress

Envision methodology: Based on accepted statistical methods, the Envision tool uses a simulation model to test your Ideal, Acceptable and Recommended Investment Plans. The simulation model uses assumptions about inflation, financial market returns and the relationships among these variables. These assumptions were derived from analysis of historical data. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the Envision tool simulates 1,000 different potential outcomes over a lifetime of investing varying historical risk, return and correlation amongst the assets. Some of these scenarios will assume strong financial market returns, similar to the best periods of history for investors. Others will be similar to the worst periods in investing history. Most scenarios will fall somewhere in between.
