J. Stephen Hardy
With more than 35 years of experience in helping investors, Steve Hardy has keen insight into building effective professional relationships. He understands each client's need for investment advice and the corresponding level of service, working hard to construct investment portfolios that reflect his clients' unique investment goals and risk tolerance.
Steve has spent his entire career at Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessors, where he began first as a margin technician. He became a Financial Advisor in 1982 and was selected to Outstanding Young Men in America in 1984, which recognizes excellence in business. In 1990, Steve later served as the Branch Manager of the firm's Tyler office for eight years before choosing to devote full-time attention to his clients and family. During that time, he was named the firm's Branch Manager of the Year in 1991 and his branch was named Office of the Year in 1992 . Steve has also been selected as a member of the firm's Premier Advisor from 1998-2017. He holds his General Securities and Investment Advisory Representative Registrations, and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Steve holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He also enjoys being active in his surrounding community, having served as past president of the North Dallas/Park Cities Kiwanis Club, a Vestry Board Member and Endowment Fund Chairman of Christ Episcopal Church, chairman of the Endowment Fund at All Saints Episcopal School, and as a member of the advisory board of the University of Texas at Tyler Cowan Center for the Performing Arts. Steve and his wife, Kathleen, have been married since 1984 and have three grown children. He loves snow skiing, hunting, and being involved in lakeside activities with his family.

Tom Davis
Since 2004, Tom Davis has worked in wealth management as a Financial Advisor in Dallas, Texas, where he has successfully navigated people in retirement planning throughout the country. However, an East Texan at heart, Tom decided to move his family and practice to Tyler in 2011 to help people in the community with their financial needs at the Hardy Wealth Management Group. He is passionate in helping people achieve their financial goals, and specializes in investment planning and maximizing opportunity for clients to preserve and grow their wealth.
Tom is enthusiastic about helping others in the community obtain financial success, which is reflected in his consistent oversight to inform clients of their financial progress. He provides clients with viable solutions for all stages of their investment plans, walking through a customized process tailored to each individual goal. In his multi-step method, Tom creates the vision for the investments and retirement income in a tax efficient manner, works closely with outside estate planning and tax specialists, and provides a comprehensive wealth planning approach suitable for the conscientious retiree.
Tom is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and completed the Business Economics Program. He holds General Securities and Investment Advisory Representative Registrations, and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
Tom and his wife, Jennifer, are both from East Texas and have three children. He is an active member of Marvin United Methodist Church, where he and his wife were married. Tom is past president of Tyler Smith County Texas Exes Chapter, an Eagle Scout and enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golfing and reveling in the great outdoors.

Colleen Long
Financial Consultant
Colleen is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies that coincide with their needs, goals and risk tolerance. Her mission is to provide every client with targeted, comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management while focusing on personal service and professional integrity. She has upheld these ideals since 2007 when she first began her career in the investment industry. Over the years, she has worked with both large wire house firms and local independent offices which broadened her abilities to better serve her clients. In 2015, Colleen brought her experience to the Hardy Wealth Management Group and joined the team of advisors as Financial Consultant in 2016. Colleen is passionate about working with women, young families, and entrepreneurs. She also has a heart for philanthropy and philanthropic investment concepts- advising clients on how they can contribute to causes they deeply care about.
Colleen graduated from Belhaven University with a degree in Biblical Studies specializing in Sports Ministry as well as her Master's in Business Administration from Belhaven University. Colleen holds her General Securities and Investment Advisory Representative Registrations and is licensed in Life Insurance and Annuities.
Colleen and her husband live in Tyler with their children and enjoy spending time in the community with her family and friends. They are active members Bethel Bible Church in Downtown Tyler. Colleen has a passion for mental health and created the Adventum Mindfulness Triathlon which consists of running, yoga, and mindfulness. The event raises awareness around mental health and provides practical solutions surrounding the mental health crisis. Colleen is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, teaching yoga, and competing in triathlons.
Bonny Christian
Senior Client Associate
Bonny Christian is usually the first voice clients hear when they contact the Hardy Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Her daily interaction with clients -- along with her administrative support and ability to resolve client inquiries -- makes her a vital part of the team.
Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 1998, Bonny worked in a variety of accounting and office manager roles for such firms as Dearborn Brass/Moen, Howard Schultz Auditors, and Computerland. Bonny has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with Project Management Certification from the University of Phoenix. She is active in her local church, where she is a member of Women on Missions, a nursery worker, and a contributing member of multiple working committees. In addition, Bonny and her husband, Allen, are active in their local school district as avid sports fans. She has been married since 1981, and has two grown children and wonderful grandchildren.
Lyndy Frost
Client Associate
Dedicated to providing personalized service to clients, Lyndy is responsible for data management, processing deposits and maintaining client communication for the Hardy Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. In addition, she assists the group in the compilation of analytical portfolio data for client consultations and long term investment plans. Lyndy is also responsible in assisting the team in educational presentations, ranging from sending invitations to choosing locations and preparing materials for presentation. Her organizational abilities and attention to detail complement the team's consistent focus on helping to better educate and serve clients.
A graduate of Baylor University, Lyndy earned her degree in education. After teaching fifth grade in Plano, Texas and Lubbock, Texas, she decided to stay home with her three children and work part-time for a local promotional company in sales. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013.
Lyndy and her husband, David, have been married since 1992 and enjoy running, hiking and attending their children's many activities. They are also active in their local church and schools. Lyndy is also very involved in her community, serving as a sustainer of the Junior League of Tyler, a member of the Women's Symphony League, and as a volunteer with numerous organizations.
