Hailley joined Shearwater Creek Wealth Advisors in September 2024 as a Junior Wealth Associate focusing on investment planning, marketing and client services. She graduated from UConn’s School of Business in May 2024 with a BA in Marketing Management and Sociology. While attending college, Hailley worked full-time as a Lead Data Entry Clerk at Debtor Hub in Stamford, CT.

Hailley lives in New Rochelle, NY and enjoys reading, playing logic-based puzzle games and spending time with her boyfriend and their pets.
