One of the most important attributes of the FMC Wealth Group team is its focus and cohesiveness.  Everyone has different strengths but we all want to do the very best we can for our clients.  We want to build a profitable, pleasant, long term relationship with each and every one of them.  We believe what sets us apart is our tactical approach to investment portfolio management.  This means we first establish a foundation for the portfolio but then allocate or satellite into different sectors or asset classes we perceive to be undervalued.  This is designed to accomplish two things:  1. To potentially garner better returns and 2. To help limit the downside as much as possible.  The investment world has changed and static, non-managed portfolios are no longer competitive in our opinion.  We have been involved in the investment world since 2002 with experience in all kinds of markets, both good and bad.  We believe we have what it takes to maneuver our clients through these ups and downs so we can help them reach their ultimate goals.


There is no question about the goal within our team.  Simply, the client comes first.  Life events and investments are unpredictable and at times volatile.  Our dedication to serving our clients throughout the course of any event is our priority.  We focus on understanding each client’s immediate and future financial goals, using the tools available to us to create a financial roadmap specific to each client.  When a client can see that we have a clear understanding of where they are, where they’re trying to go, and the strategy and safeguards we will use to get there, it takes a lot of the unease out of the investment process. 


The investment world and the need of investors are changing rapidly.  New technologies and markets are evolving at incredible rates.  We strive to stay ahead of those trends and hone in on the best opportunities.   We are also seeing changes in our clientele.  This means the investment strategy has to evolve and adapt as well.  This is why passive style investing in our view is simply not a viable long-term strategy.  Managing risk has never been more important.  Companies and trends that were promising over the past year or 10 years are changing.  There’s no question about it.  Start -ups and small companies are becoming global enterprises in a few years- time or less in some cases.  This is a very exciting time and we don’t see it changing any time soon.   It’s dramatically altering the investment landscape.  As a team, we’re able to incorporate this adaptive approach into every aspect of what we do.  What’s amazing to me is each team member genuinely wants to help and guide our clients the best they can.  Collectively, that is very powerful and it gives the client an entire team dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.  No other group offers that same dynamic in my view.
