Robert S. Barmen is a financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience in wealth management. Early in his career, Robert launched the first of three firms that he grew, managed and exited. Each of these focused on wealth management, alternative investments and private equity.

Rob’s successful navigation of these ventures gives him a unique understanding of the challenges his entrepreneurial clients seek to overcome as they look to him to help build and manage a multi-generational wealth strategy.

Josh Dopirak started building his practice in 2001 by focusing on entrepreneurs and their key employees, serving their wealth management needs. His areas of focus include portfolio management, wealth planning and 401(k) plans.

As a Chartered Market Technician (CMT^®), Josh brings a well-rounded analytical component to his process. And, as a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC^®), he uses his experience helping organizations with various retirement programs including 401(k), profit sharing and pension plans.

James Galitsis started his career in 2007. He works with clients to help tailor custom wealth strategies to help meet their needs. Specifically, he focuses on work with the team’s C-suite executives to create customized investment portfolios to help them build and preserve their wealth.

James also helps serve the team’s 401k clients and complements the group by provide insights on non-qualified, executive compensation plans.

Michael Gordon started his career in 2007 as a financial advisor. He works with individuals, families, and business leaders using a goals-based planning process that begins with a thorough financial analysis and active listening. This information serves as the foundation for the development of a detailed wealth plan that reflects each client’s goals, values, and personal circumstances.

Mike takes pride in his ability to put complex investment strategies into action and effectively communicate these strategies using easy-to-understand language.

Tom Miller is a financial consultant with over 40 years of relevant experience. Early in his career he was an institutional trader, participating in the futures and foreign exchange markets. His last 30 years have been spent serving clients as a financial advisor.

Tom earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designations. These invaluable tools help him better understand client needs and challenges. He combines this with diligent portfolio construction and an emphasis on risk management while working with a select group of high-net-worth families.

Aris Pantelas, Financial Consultant, holds five years of experience in financial services. He manages the operational nature of client relationships, including oversight of account establishment, alternative investment processing, distributions, and trading requests.

Aris’ keen attention to detail helps to ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Nick Sandusky, a financial consultant, brings 15 years of experience and a focus on complex wealth planning to the team.

He employs an active process where he provides wealth planning updates and works to guide clients through a comprehensive review of their progress toward meeting their goals.

Nick prides himself on deep evaluation of the possible scenarios in order to identify short- and long-term financial risks.

Conrad Wieloch, Senior Client Associate, is a valued member of our wealth management team. He supports essential administrative functions, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Conrad’s strong work ethic makes him a key contributor to the client experience.

Jennifer Lawrence, Senior Client Associate, brings over 20 years of financial practice management experience to the team.  Through strategic planning and client outreach, Jennifer handles all aspects of client service with focus on comprehensive investment planning and client success.
