As the Managing Principal of Transitions Wealth Management, Brad’s primary responsibilities include managing his branch while overseeing all client portfolios and relationships. He helps provide customized investment planning strategies for every client. His commitment is for his clients to experience a high level of understanding and confidence in the management of their assets, liabilities and financial goals. Brad is dedicated to helping individuals accomplish their financial goals by developing investment plans structured with their custom needs, long-term objectives and risk tolerance in mind.
Background and experience
Brad has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He holds his Series 3, 6, 63, 66, 7, 9 & 10 securities registrations. Originally from Central Arkansas, Brad moved to Gunnison, Colorado where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western State College.
Brad started his career in the financial services at Oppenheimer Funds Inc., in Centennial, Colorado as a retirement plan specialist. After spending a few years in Denver, he relocated back to Central Arkansas. He continued his career at Morgan Stanley where Brad met his current partner, James Martin, Managing Partner of Transitions Wealth Management.
While at Morgan Stanley, Brad was a Risk Officer where he oversaw the supervision and compliance of over 120 financial advisors and 60 service associates. Brad and James decided to open their own practice together in 2016 and formed Martin- Seagraves Wealth Management which is now known as Transitions Wealth Management.
Away from the office
Brad currently resides in Maumelle. He has one daughter, Lilly, and two sons, Hudson and Cruz. Brad enjoys fly-fishing, hiking and spending time with his family.
Brad is an active member of New Life Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He also volunteers at various local charities. Brad is a sponsor of Arkansas Senior Olympics which promotes fitness, good health and education through competitive athletics designed for adults 40 years of age and older.
