As a highly experienced CDFA®, Margo specializes in navigating the unexpected financial issues that can arise before, during, and after divorce. She guides clients and their attorneys through the complex legal and financial issues of divorce, providing invaluable information and rationality to sometimes irrational situations. Margo has also earned the CRPC^® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM) designation, focusing on building an in-depth knowledge of clients' needs both before and after retirement. As a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor professional, Margo focuses on client-centric problem-solving to assist clients in planning for the entire retirement process, including multiple financial objectives, retirement income sources, personal savings, employer-sponsored retirement plans, tax-efficient investing, retirement cash flow needs, asset management, and estate investment planning.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Margo worked in business journalism and financial services, most recently at Merrill Lynch and TheStreet.com. She holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Away from the office, Margo volunteers as a Vestry member of St. George’s Episcopal Church in Maplewood. As an empty nester, she has started singing again with the SOMA Pop Choir and taking French lessons online to resurrect her once-fluent French. Margo lives in Maplewood, New Jersey, with her husband Sebastian.

Chad Thomas is a Senior Financial Advisor with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Specializing in assisting families, retirees, and business owners in achieving their financial objectives, Chad's primary focus areas include retirement planning, retirement income planning, and goal planning. Chad's financial services career began at Wells Fargo, where he quickly rose through the ranks over the course of five years. Starting as a part-time teller at the Bank, he eventually transitioned to the role of Premier Banker before making the move to become a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors.

Chad is passionate about the pivotal role that investment planning plays in our lives and takes great satisfaction in helping his clients realize their financial aspirations.

A graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Chad is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning. He holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM professional certification, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in the field. To earn the CFP^®, he completed hundreds of hours of rigorous courses and examinations. The certification process involves a broad range of advice and skills, setting CFP^® practitioners apart from other professional advisors who usually specialize in just one area of a client’s financial life.

Chad has also earned the Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor^SM designation. The SE-AWMA^®, provides him with the specialized knowledge to help high-net-worth clients in sports and entertainment capitalize on opportunities to preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth. The coursework to earn this deisgnation includes developing skills to help him analyze and evaluate different planning strategies, including qualitative planning, trusts, investments, employee and retirement benefits, cash flow and tax planning, business planning, and estate planning.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active through regular workouts. He is married to his wife, Nina, and they live in Morris Township. Together, they are relishing the joys of parenting their daughter Lily.

Tracy-Ann Mills is a Registered Client Associate with TrueEdge Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, bringing 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Scottrade for two years as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to a Registered Representative for five years. Tracy-Ann graduated from Old Bridge High School and now assists clients on a daily basis by providing support, answering questions, and offering solutions to their problems. She is dedicated to making a client’s experience as smooth as possible. Her focus is on providing personalized attention, prompt responses, and effective problem-solving.

Tracy-Ann's unique value lies in being a friendly and reliable source of information and support for clients, often encouraging them to reach out with any questions they may have. Tracy-Ann believes open communication is key to providing excellent client service. She enjoys working with the TrueEdge team, as they collaborate well, communicate effectively, and make time for team building activities.

Outside of work, Tracy-Ann enjoys traveling, trying different cuisines, and spending time with friends and family. As a mother of two boys, she has lived in Edison, New Jersey for the past 13 years.
