Outside of work:

Sean has lived in Orange County since 1970.  He has two sons with his wife Janet.  One attends UCLA and one is at SDSU, where he graduated.  They are active in their community through their church, schools, and local charities.  Sean also enjoys time with his family, friend groups, golf, and concerts.

Patrick began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1999 with Morgan Stanley, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. Patrick joined Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007 and transitioned to Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors – Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2023. Every year from 2011 to 2023 Patrick was recognized as Platinum Council, distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

Patrick helps create investment plans for a select group of families and business owners with a focus on the needs of professionals in the medical industry.

Patrick is a married to Cecilia, a Nurse Anesthetist. Together they are raising their son, Elias. Patrick enjoys being active whether it is riding a bike on the beach or going on light jogs. Being raised by two medical doctors, Patrick recognizes the value of helping others. Every year he actively participates in fundraising activities for medical missions. Other than work, traveling is one of his passions and he is always looking to meet new people, try new foods, and experience different cultures.

For nearly 40 years, Steven Adelizi and his team of financial professionals have provided customized financial services for wealthy families, non-profit organizations, and private institutions. Steven is an experienced, energized, educated and informed financial advisor helping his clients achieve their investment goals and objectives.  After graduating with a double major in Finance and Economics, Steven went on to work for several well-respected financial institutions, including Dean Witter Reynolds, Paine Webber and Prudential Securities.  After a 24 year career with the Wells Fargo Advisors he has launched The Adelizi Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors, an affiliated practice with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC.

On weekends, you can find Steve spending time with family and friends, working on various home improvement projects, or enjoying weekend excursions.  Some of Steve’s favorite hobbies include playing guitar and drums, listening to his diverse collection of vinyl recordings, and photography.

Nicholas Adelizi
Registered Associate

Nicholas Adelizi has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in building lasting, trustworthy relationships with his clients by always putting their needs first. Before launching The Adelizi Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors (an affiliated practice with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC) Nicholas worked for several other well-respected financial institutions, including Paine Webber, UBS and Prudential Securities.

Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys taking long walks, trout fishing on the Sacramento River, working in his backyard vineyard, and spending time with family. Some of his activities include wine tasting with his wife and friends, taking road trips, and tracking his Porsche.

Lisa Maisano-Norman serves as Senior Administrative Associate for The Adelizi Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors. She focuses on client communication, coordination, and streamlining operations for the practice. Lisa loves having the opportunity to help our advisory team positively impact our clients’ lives, ensuring they are well cared for, and their needs are met. In 2005, Lisa graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, Lisa most recently held positions at Alight Solutions, Willow Wood Junior High, and HEB before joining the Adelizi Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors.

Outside the office, Lisa and her husband enjoy traveling and keeping up with their daughter who recently graduated from Sam Houston State University. In her free time, Lisa likes to stay active and be outdoors. Her activity of choice is walking in beautiful and exciting locations.

For nearly 35 years, Paul Hammersmith and his team of financial professionals have provided customized financial services for their clients. Paul develops and implements sound, well thought-out strategies to help his clients grow, manage and preserve their wealth.

After serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Houston-based, financial boutique firm and as a Senior Investment Advisor with the Wells Fargo Advisors downtown Houston office, Paul launched the Hammersmith Financial Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors, an affiliated practice with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

Paul is a Fundamental Choice Portfolio Manager and has completed rigorous studies and examinations in all aspects of wealth management.  In addition to continuing education programs, he stays abreast of current developments and trends in Investment Planning, wealth management and tax-efficient investing.  He abides by stringent ethical standards of professional conduct and has supervisory personnel within his practice.

The mission of the Hammersmith Group of Tustin Centre Wealth Advisors is to apply years of education, experience and the significant resources of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network with attentiveness and expertise.   Paul’s advice is always unbiased and objective, with a focus on each client’s specific needs, aspirations and goals.

Paul believes in giving back and is a deacon at Second Baptist North Campus in Kingwood, TX.  He and his wife Lisa have 3 children; Robert is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and now a project Manager in Clear Lake, Tx.  Eric, a Texas A & M graduate, and is currently serving our country in a special strike force unit in the Middle East and Luke is a student at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Nancy Johnson
Senior Financial Advisor

Nancy Johnson, Senior Financial Advisor, has been helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives since 1978 — and she’s still at it. At Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (WFAFN), Nancy brings nearly five decades of real-world experience to every client relationship, specializing in portfolio management, insurance, estate planning and retirement strategies.

Her career has taken her through some of the industry’s most respected firms — Merrill Lynch, Prudential Bache, Smith Barney, and Wells Fargo Advisors — before landing at WFAFN, where she found the independence to truly put her clients first. That long track record hasn’t gone unnoticed. Nancy has been named a Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisor (2020) and a Forbes Top Women Advisors Best-In-State for 2023, 2024, and 2026. She’s also a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager.

Outside the office, Nancy’s world revolves around her family, her kitchen, and her garden. Spring and fall find her out tending her raised beds, and she’s deeply committed to giving back through The Laguna Food Pantry and Donor’s Choose, which connects her donations to her former elementary school in South Central LA. Travel has always been a big part of who she is — Nancy takes an annual trip abroad and loves nothing more than sharing stories from the road. Ask her where she’s been lately!

Ever since starting his career as a Floor Trader with Pacific Stock Exchange in 1991, Mark has focused on educating clients about financial markets and has earned the trust of countless individuals, families, businesses, and charities throughout his 35+ year career in financial services.

Before coming to WFAFN to truly take control of his business, Mark’s career started at Shearson Lehman, then Crowell Weedon, and finally Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013. As a PIM Portfolio Manager, Mark is among a select group of financial advisors entrusted to manage client portfolios with discretionary authority. Specifically, Mark’s core proficiencies include all aspects of wealth management for individuals & foundations, as well as equity options expertise.

Mark and his family are all incredibly passionate supporters of Miracles for Kids, a charity which helps the families of children with life threatening diseases. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with friends and family on the coast. Mark particularly enjoys any water or water-adjacent activities, as well as being hands on around the house, in the garage, or at the gym!

Susan Ellena, Senior Financial Advisor

Susan Ellena brings professionalism, a personable attitude and passion for the clients to her role as Senior Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (WFAFN). With expertise in wealth management, retirement planning, and estate planning strategies, she has the tools necessary to understand the needs of the individuals, families, and businesses she serves.

Before coming to WFAFN, Susan gained many years of experience at financial firms such as Paine Webber, Prudential Bache, Smith Barney, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Utilizing the independent resources at WFAFN, she can give advice that is as sincere as it is comprehensive. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is to help her clients reach their financial goals.

Susan was born and raised in Orange County and attended Santa Ana College. In addition to her responsibilities at WFAFN, she supports the Salvation Army. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys cooking and entertaining. Above all though, she loves family time – especially making memories with her 4 grandchildren!

Jake Johnson is a Senior Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. A tireless student of markets both past and present, he gives decisive and thorough advice to his clients. He enjoys simplifying complex financial topics and specializes in creating tax-efficient portfolios.

Jake gained experience working in markets as a trader for a proprietary trading firm and working with people in a sales role for an on-demand storage start up. He is very happy in his career as a financial advisor which combines market savvy with people skills, and looks forward to spending the next several decades in this field. He may even outlast his mother Nancy, who is approaching five decades in the business in 2028. Jake earned a B.S. in Economics and a minor in mathematics from Tulane in 2014 and later earned the CFP® certification in 2019. In addition, Jake passed the CFA Level 1 exam in 2019.

Outside of the office, he’s placing 1st in 25-kilometer trail races, spending time working on his California native garden, or finding something to fix on his 1975 Ford F100!

Lisa Mayer - Senior Registered Client Associate

Lisa Mayer makes it her mission to ensure exceptional service for every client who walks through the door. In her role as Senior Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, she is known to put real heart into her responsibilities in both operations management and client administration.

Lisa draws on her 30-year history in the financial services industry to anticipate needs and see tasks to quick completion for the clients at Pelorus. Before joining the team to reinforce our high standards in customer care, she worked at places like Crowell, Weedon & Co., JP Morgan Securities, Hambrecht & Quist, and Smith Barney.

Outside of the office, Lisa also puts real heart into animal rescue organizations like the Animal Assistance League of Orange County, the Best Friends Animal Society, and the K9 Spirit organization.
