With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Marc Weiss is passionate about working with successful clients to help them make generational decisions that are designed to leave lasting impacts on their families. Marc takes a full balance approach when working with his clients on asset management, liability management, cash flow management, and estate planning strategies.
Marc has worked for Wells Fargo Advisors for over 20 years. He is proud to have been recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Advisor from 2011–2023, distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within the firm as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Marc earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf. Marc formerly served as a board member for the Access College Foundation and executive board member and chair of the Investment Committee for the Tidewater Jewish Foundation. He was also the president of the board for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.

Aaron Fenn has dedicated nearly 25 years of work to the financial services industry and investment planning for high-net-worth clients. Before becoming a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007, Aaron moved from being a Banking Center Manager to a Premier Banker to a Private Banker with Wells Fargo Bank. Today, as a Financial Advisor, he enjoys developing relationships with his clients and helping them realize their visions for the future, all while keeping a particular focus on both sides of the balance sheet.
Aaron is an advocate for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage, preserve, grow, and transition wealth. He does so by embracing a collaborative and holistic approach to developing wealth management plans that are designed to grow with them and reflect their evolving goals and priorities. His primary areas of focus are retirement and cash flow planning, charitable giving strategies, and investment planning. As a Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Advisor, he can also provide access to Wells Fargo affiliate products and services, such as Wealth Planning, Private Banking, Trust and Fiduciary Services, and Insurance, as well as various customized and more traditional lending products.

Prior to beginning his career, Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Chowan University. During his time there, he also played soccer for four years, serving as captain for three seasons and having been named MVP twice.
Away from the office, Aaron enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and their two children.
