Robert J. Wilson is a seasoned CERTIFIED FINANCAIL PLANNER® professional with over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Outside of his practice, Robert is actively involved in his West Linn and Lake Oswego community. He is a dedicated youth sports volunteer- currently coaching West Linn youth softball and was formerly the head coach of Lakeridge High School’s boys and girls swim team (2001-2009).

Robert and his wife enjoy spending time with their 3 daughters who are very active with school and sports. When Robert is away from the office you might find him fishing along one of the local Oregon rivers, snowboarding on a Cascade Mountain slope or tasting a fine Pinot Noir at a local Willamette Valley vineyard.

Zachary Beck, CFP®, ADPA™, has dedicated over two decades to helping individuals and families achieve their financial dreams. In 2023, Zachary joined forces with four like-minded investment professionals to establish Willamette Cascade Wealth Management within the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. He brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and WaMu Investments. Originally from Alaska, Zachary moved to Oregon during his adolescence and earned his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University. He currently resides in Tualatin with his wife, and their golden retriever, while their daughter attends University of Denver, and their son California Polytechnic State University.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring the outdoors.

Tobias Beck is one of the founding partners and a Senior Financial Advisor at Willamette Cascade Wealth Management. He has over 26 years of experience helping individuals and families build, preserve and transition wealth. Meanwhile my youngest Aspen, is exploring her talents in tennis, acting, singing, and piano. Personally, I am an avid motorcycle enduro rider, always seeking opportunities to connect with nature. Aaron earned a B.A. in History and a M.A in Literature from Portland State University, where he served as a Graduate Teaching Instructor before teaching high school English at the American International School in Rotterdam. His analytical rigor, clear communication and client-first approach helps clients clarify goals, manage risk, and make confident decisions.

He lives in Lake Oswego with his two daughters, Louisa and Lucia. Outside of the office he is an avid reader and traveler, enjoys golf and supports his Los Angeles Dodgers and Oregon Ducks. His guiding motto is to work each day towards becoming the best possible version of oneself.

George has been a Registered Advisor since November 1994, with over 30 years of experience in managing investment portfolios tailored to clients’ risk objectives. As a Senior Fundamental Choice Portfolio Manager, he designs and actively manages portfolios, allowing clients to focus on enjoying their lives. George immediately starts each day with market analysis, watching for microevents that can impact client portfolios. As a fiduciary manager, he is passionate about ensuring his clients’ funds are well-managed.

Born on the East Coast in New London, Connecticut, George moved frequently across the country. He spent time in Hawaii, California, Ohio, and New York before settling in Everett, Washington. He attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington and later relocated to Portland. George and his wife are dedicated to remaining in this region for the rest of their lives.

George started his career in the brokerage industry in 1994 as a dialer for brokers, obtaining his license that same year. Within two years, George rose to Senior Broker at his firm. In 2008, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors, and transitioned to Willamette Cascade Wealth Management in 2024, maintaining the clients he has served throughout the entirety of his career.

George and his wife have five beautiful children. They look forward to traveling more as their kids grow up. Currently, they love dining out at restaurants in the Portland area. George enjoys playing games, fantasy football, and participating in his church and home community group

Stephanie Campbell began her journey in the financial services industry in 1997 with an independent brokerage firm. In 2004, she joined Wells Fargo Investments as a brokerage associate. After five years, she shifted to banking, where she excelled as a premier banker, managing affluent client relationships until March 2024. Now a Senior Client Associate at Willamette Cascade Wealth Management, she uses her extensive experience to help clients.

An Oregon resident of nearly three decades, Stephanie originally came from the Central Coast of California. She has grown to cherish the state’s breathtaking landscapes and vibrant communities, which have enriched her life.

In her free time, Stephanie loves to explore Oregon’s diverse regions with friends and family, always seeking new adventures and opportunities to create lasting memories.

Maverick Cummins has a decade of experience in the financial industry, primarily in customer service support roles. They relocated to Portland from the Dallas-Fort Worth area in late 2023. Prior to the move, Maverick spent five years at TD Ameritrade where they served as the Assistant Team Manager for the overnight team, gaining valuable expertise in trading and retirement accounts. Throughout their career, they have focused on building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.

At WCWM, the practice refers to Maverick as the “Swiss Army Knife”. They have a skillset that goes beyond their expertise in the client experience. When an answer isn’t readily available, the staff turns to Maverick to problem solve and apply their ingenuity.

Outside of work, Maverick enjoys traveling and spending time in the Oregon outdoors with their two dogs, Jessi and Pal. Maverick is enthusiastic about Portland's vibrant food scene, which inspires them to develop their own culinary skills in the kitchen.

Laurie’s primary focus is building and cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues by investing time and care into these connections. She is committed to providing a level of service that consistently exceeds expectations. Lauire began her financial career as a teller and later became a licensed personal banker, assisting clients with more complex financial needs. Her curiosity about investments led her to the advisory side of the business, where she supported both financial advisors and clients in developing long-term strategies. This broadened her perspective on wealth planning and deepened her commitment to helping others feel informed, confident, and supported in their financial journey.

Laurie spent the early part of her career in New Mexico. Before entering the financial sector, she proudly served three years in the United States Army, where she developed discipline, integrity, and resilience that continue to guide her today. She later took time away from the financial industry to focus on raising her two daughters, working flexible jobs during those years to support her family while remaining present at home. Laurie holds her Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as her insurance license, which allows her to provide a broad range of financial guidance and solutions. In 2016, Laurie relocated to Oregon and continued her investment work with Wels Fargo Advisors.

Outside of work, Laurie values quality time with her partner, family, and friends. She enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and shares a strong bond with her two adult daughters. Together, they love biking, hiking, traveling, and discovering new places to explore. Physical fitness is an important part of Laurie’s life, and she believes staying active is key to maintaining both physical and mental well-being as we age.

Kelly Murphy is the practice’s Senior Relationship Manager with 26 years of experience in the financial industry. She specializes in designing comprehensive retirement plans using advanced wealth planning software, which advisors integrate into client strategies to support secure, confident retirements and long-term financial goals. Kelly also oversees marketing, social media, community outreach and recruiting.

She began her career in 2000 as a part time team member at Wells Fargo, Kelly has built a foundation grounded in meaningful client relationships and a commitment to financial well-being. She earned her securities registration, Series 7 and 66 in 2009 and joined our practice in 2023. An Oregon native, she enjoys travel, music, animals and above all, spending time with her family.

Nick Roberts thrives on building genuine relationships and ensuring that each client feels valued. He takes pride in being proactive and detail-oriented, always ready to go the extra mile to provide a positive experience.
