Mischelle has been in the investment business for more than 37 years, beginning her career at Republic Bank in 1979. Mischelle is known for her deep understanding of her clients’ needs as she navigates her clients through complex life transitions. She develops a deep understanding of every client’s current and future needs as a top priority to bring solutions to her clients’ lives. Mischelle’s goal is to coordinate, consolidate, and simplify clients’ lives to help enable them to focus on what matters most to them and their families. Whether it is retirement planning, portfolio construction, educational savings, establishing family legacies designed with family complexities in mind, or preserving and transferring wealth within families, Mischelle’s desire to understand clients’ needs and to develop and provide viable solutions is always her primary focus.

Mischelle currently serves as a First Vice President – Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors.
She began her financial career in 1979 at Republic Bank in Dallas, serving clients in the highly secured safekeeping vault. During her career there, she earned many promotions and served in several areas including the safekeeping vault, the trust department, and the funds management group. Mischelle eventually transitioned to MBank in 1989 serving clients as a client associate, quickly followed by her promotion to financial advisor in 1990. Mischelle transitioned to Wachovia, now Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2006.
Mischelle’s client service speaks volumes as she continues to serve the children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to many of her first clients. She and her team have a history of delivering exceptional service to a select group of clients. They strive to go above and beyond to serve as good stewards of their client’s goals, dreams and aspirations.

She began her financial career in accounting with a North Texas multi-family real estate firm in 2008. In September 2009, Nicole left the accounting world to join Wells Fargo Advisors. She and her team have a history of delivering exceptional service to a select group of clients. They strive to go above and beyond to serve as good stewards of their client’s goals, dreams and aspirations.
Nicole is a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her MBA with a focus in accounting in 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance also from The University of Texas at Arlington. While earning both of her degrees, she held a management position at UPS in Fort Worth.
Nicole and her team, The Copeland Horton Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, have earned a spot on Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams for 2025 and 2023. Getting to Know Her
Nicole has Texas in her blood and is grateful to have called the Arlington & Mansfield area home all her life. Her and her husband are high school sweethearts and are proud parents raising their two teenage boys. She has volunteered with their local little league, PTA events and countless volunteer efforts. In Nicole’s off time, you may catch her running in the Cowtown Half Marathon, hiking with her family and spending time with family and friends.
