Background and Experience

For nearly two-decades Joanna has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies for focusing on each individuals' specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in markets, Joanna has dedicated her career to delivering the personalized investment planning services her clients deserve.

 

Joanna began her career as a Financial Advisor with Riggs National Bank, Washington, DC, where she developed her fundamental investment knowledge.  She joined Wachovia Sercurities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008, and provides personalized financial advice for individuals and families.

 

In 2010, Joanna earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, by completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination and meeting stringent experience requirements.  Joanna's passion for learning doesn't end there.

 

Growing up with her father in the United States Marine Corps, Joanna learned to enjoy exploring new places and new people.  While earning her Bachelor's degree at Allegheny College, she studied abroad for a year in Paris, France. After college, she completed graduate studies at Bowling Green University, and lived in Tours, France, she then worked in Washington DC.  Joanna settled in Syracuse NY, in early 2000's and loves all that the region has to offer.

 

Away from the office

Joanna spends her free time with her husband Joe, a business owner, and her daughter Madeleine and son Jacob.
