matthew.pirollo@wellsfargo.comAs a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® practitioner, I work with clients on the full life-cycle of wealth: accumulation, preservation, and distribution.
Areas of expertise include portfolio strategies, wealth transfer, family dynamics, risk management, asset protection strategies, closely-held business ownership, charitable giving, estate planning strategies, retirement planning, and more.
Together, we can develop personalized strategies to invest and help safeguard assets and transfer wealth – all according to your goals and objectives, while being mindful of taxes.
After beginning my career with Northwestern Mutual in 2011, I joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2020. Today, I serve individuals, families, and business owners in Northern Virginia and the greater DMV – and with technology clients all over the country.
As the son of an engineer and an accountant, I grew up with an affinity for numbers, earning dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
I earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® certification through the Investments & Wealth Institute, having completed the executive-level education coursework through Yale School of Management.
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and have earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional®, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations.
Out of the office, my wife and I enjoy trying new restaurants, exercising, spending time with the family, and traveling — memorable trips have been to Greece, Singapore, Vietnam, and Costa Rica.
