Michael is Operations Manager and Senior Registered Associate for the Warren, New Jersey branch at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (WFAFN). His responsibilities include assisting Michael Kotarski, Senior Financial Advisor, with managing his financial advisory practice and servicing his client's needs on a daily basis. Michael is also responsible for maintaining the branch compliance requirements and preparing for audits by Wells Fargo Advisors and regulators.

Prior to joining WFAFN in 2006, Michael was hired by Smith Barney as a Client Service Associate, where he also worked previously as an intern while attending college. While at Smith Barney, he obtained Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations. In 2004, Michael graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their pitbull rescue, Milo.

Cathy joined the Warren, New Jersey branch of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (WFAFN) in 2014 as the Branch Administrator. In the early 2000s, Cathy left the financial services industry to raise her two children. During that time, she worked as a Religion Education Teacher and Office Assistant at Saint Andrews Church in Avanel, New Jersey.

Previously, Cathy was employed by ING Barings Corporation Bank Brussels Lambert on Wall Street. As Vice President of Treasury, Cathy was responsible for capital generation utilized to fund company operations including loans, foreign exchange and corporate bond purchases. She also initiated interbank currency borrowing and lending through federal funds and euro and short-term bond futures.

In her free time, Cathy volunteers at the Robert Mascenik Elementary School in Iselin, New Jersey and enjoys spending time with her two children, Alice and Michael.
