Tom began his career in the 80’s as an Electrical Engineer at IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY.  While he enjoyed engineering, his passion for business, and entrepreneurial sprite led him to become a Financial Advisor at A.G. Edwards (a legacy firm of Wells Fargo Advisors) in the early 90’s.  His education and experience as an Electrical Engineer forged the merging of the art and science of investment planning.  He manages the risk tolerance and needs of his clients with current market conditions, including portfolio management, insurance planning, tax and estate planning strategies, and retirement income analysis.

Thomas and his wife, Kim, have 3 grown boys; 2 are working with him on this team.  He enjoys his time in the Blue Ridge Mountains, hiking and kayaking year-round.

I have been in the financial services industry since 2003.  As a Financial Advisor I help my clients build, manage, preserve, and transition their wealth using sound strategies and services.  I believe the first step in securing a financial future for my clients is to listen and understand their specific needs and create a plan to meet those needs.

I joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 and became a Financial Advisor in 2003 after starting my career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, LLP.  Having attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, with degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration and Masters in Taxation, I can provide my clients with the services and advice necessary to help meet their needs. 

Away from the office my wife and I enjoy traveling, scuba diving and watching our three daughters play club soccer/tennis.  I have been honored to service on various community organizations that strive to make our community stronger, Lake Norman Charter School (Treasurer), Pine Lake Prep (Treasurer), Johnston YMCA.

Brandon began his career as a financial advisor in 2013 at Wells Fargo Advisors in Fort Lauderdale, FL. After getting married in 2016, he and his wife moved up to North Carolina and Brandon pursued a passion for consulting, but quickly grew to miss his career as a financial advisor. In 2018 he joined Morgan Stanley in Charlotte as a Financial Advisor before later rejoining the team in 2022 to help build out the team and expand the team’s planning and wealth management capabilities for our clients. Brandon’s main passion is for comprehensive wealth management, acting as clients’ personal CFO to help deliver guidance on financial matters in their lives.

Brandon balances an active family life with his wife, Caroline, and their two boys, with the job he loves — helping make a difference in clients’ lives. When not working he enjoys cycling, photography, fly fishing, hiking, and Cub Scouts with his boys.

Justin began his career in wealth management in 2008 with Smith Barney in Rochester, NY.  He joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009 and has held various roles, both in the field and home office in St. Louis, Missouri.  While working in Saint Louis, Justin earned his Master of Business Administration. In 2015 Justin moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL to work more directly with clients and advisors on risk and compliance.  It was during this time that he got acquainted with the team and our clients.  In 2024 he joined the team as a Financial Advisor.

Away from the office he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, and going to the beach.  He lives and works in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Before joining the team in 2022, Mark was an Aerospace Engineer at Lockheed Martin.  During his time there, he got to work on many cool and exiting things that he’s not allowed to tell us about…”it’s classified.”

You could say that his work here on the team is much less explosive than his previous job.  Mark’s focus is portfolio management and investment analysis.  While the team manages our models using a committee approach, Mark is responsible for doing a lot of the heavy lifting on the research that we use to collectively make investing decisions.

Mark is currently working towards his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys visiting breweries, playing with his nephews and watching Formula One races.

I began my career in the financial services industry with Interstate Securities in 1987 as a Wire Operator in the Over-the-Counter Trading Department.  I have 20 years of Operations experience as well as 20 years in Client Services.

My focus is on serving the administrative needs of our clients to help ensure a smooth ride no matter the destination.  Among other things, I can assist our clients with money transfers, document and account information requests, account updates, and entering trades.

I have been honored to be recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Client Associate every year from 2014-2022. The Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Client Associate (previously Premier Client Associate) distinction is held by a select group of Registered Client Associates within Wells Fargo Advisors nominated by their management for their consistent display of professionalism, integrity and core leadership values.

I am a native of the Charlotte area and currently live in Concord, NC with my husband, Barney. We enjoy spending time together especially doing things outdoors along with our daughters, Kristen and Caitlyn, our grandchildren, Gavyn, Kinsley and Grayson, our two dogs Sparky and Harley and our three granddogs Oreo, Jake and Dexter.

Michael is a native New Yorker who, like most, moved to south Florida to escape the cold winters. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. While in school, Michael was a 4-year starter on the men’s soccer team earning All Northeast Region accolades. Prior to joining us in 2021, he worked with a Private Wealth Management team at UBS Financial Services for 7 years where he was responsible for managing the team’s Alternative Investments, lending and Rule 144 transactions. Michael enjoys resolving the complex issues that may arise and looks forward to continuing to provide the White glove service our clients deserve.

Ethan joined the team in 2022.  In his role, he is often the first point of contact with clients – speaking with them to assist with money request, tax document requests, rescheduling calls and meetings, and numerous other administrative needs. Before joining the team, Ethan started out his working career at Wells Fargo in the Customer Service Center, where he gained experience talking with clients and helping resolve their issues.

Outside of work Ethan enjoys hiking, traveling, road trips, riding his motorcycle, and playing with his dog, Dexter.
